Actually stocks product, unlike other retailers
Unlike the other retailers whose said they had my product in stock but when asked admitted they didn't stock product and drop shipped from the manufacturer (who was backordered), Blazzing Fire actually had product in stock and shipped it right away.

First time order
First time ordering from these guys and it was a good experience. I placed an order for a fireplace grate and then immediately realized I ordered the wrong size. I email customer service and they promptly cancelled the order and let me make a correction. The correct item shipped the next day and I had it a few days later.

Horrible
Horrible. You created a horrible return process, just so you can steal your money if you do not need the part. You stole $700.00+ from me. Will be rating this everywhere as Horrible and Recommending Real Fyre Store. I have several homes with Gas Fire places, and NEVER will I use your company and I will do everything I can to make sure everyone knows.

Solid beautiful fire set, looks custom made!

Received a door that did not look anything like the picture. Received a lightweight black painted door with no branding and no latch. Feel ripped-off.
