These folks had a good price - comparable to others but with free shipping AND no tax- they won my money. After purchasing, a competitor slashed their price and I called Blazzing Fire. While Blazzing Fire couldn't match the price from the competitor (because the competitor was in violation from the manufacturer for even offering that price), Blazzing Fire did give me a free cover - which I thought was a very nice gesture!

I made a mistake in my online order which I didn’t notice for 2 days. Rang the customer service line, got quickly through to an informed agent who took ownership and called back an hour later with everything all confirmed. Online stores are convenient but having good customer service there when you need it is invaluable!
