Absolutely amazing service from May who went above and beyond to help with all of my enquiries. Response to emails was both swift and helpful and items were dispatched immediately. My order arrived quickly and in perfect condition and I would not hesitate to order from here again - super service and highly recommended!

May and her team are wonderful and knowledgable people and their shop is beautifully displayed with all the latest in blind box merchandise. I have been ordering from Blind Box Empire for almost a year now and each experience is better than the last! May is absolutely wonderful- she always goes above and beyond for her customers and is so polite and helpful with a supremely fast response time. To add, the products are consistently high quality and authentic. I have placed countless orders and have even received gifts from family and friends from this store, yet only once was there a slight issue (a factory error that was not May’s fault!) that May immediately resolved! I cannot recommend Blind Box Empire enough! After years of searching for an official seller of Lulu the Piggy and other series and brands, I finally found one that exceeds all expectations. I do not shop anywhere else for my blind boxes now!

This company is a bait and switch operation. They "imply" you will get a pallet of returns also implied the returns are from Amazon. First, the products are low- cost new products from China. I couldn't find a name on the ear buds or charge cord. This company is the meaning of the term "if it looks too good to be true, it is. Shame on me. Boy am I a sucker. Do not buy anything from them. This probably will not be posted.

I’ve bought a couple of times from blind box empire and both times they have been fantastic. We saw their stall at mcm and I was trying to decide between some blind box dolls. The staff member was really helpful, but in a way that wasn’t pushy, explaining the differences between them and how much stock they had left. The doll I chose is gorgeous and really good quality. Having had such a good experience at mcm I wanted to order from them again but the particular item I wanted didn’t appear to be in stock on the website. I emailed to check if they would be coming back and once again received excellent customer service. They even managed to track down the item I was looking for which I hadn’t expected. The online order arrived quickly and well packaged. I’ll definitely be ordering from them again. Especially as they seem to have some quite unusual stock that I haven’t seen else where.

I was so glad I had found Blindboxempire, a UK seller that was selling the blind boxes I was struggling to find. Although cautious at first, I decided to risk it as it was a gift. So happy I chose Blindboxempire, arrived the next day (which I paid for) after shipping day.

Just about the best place in the UK to find blind boxes like Sanrio, Sonny Angels, and Smiski. The owner, May, is extremely helpful and provides really outstanding customer service. I thoroughly recommend this shop and will be a longtime customer myself.

May is honestly one of the nicest blind box sellers I’ve ever had the pleasure of coming across. Items were received beautifully packaged, all within a week (generally less time even!) and I’m going to be a regular customer.

She does her best to help you get your targets and her Whatnot lives are really fun and engaging.

Great store! The website has loads of cute blind boxes. I ordered one from them recently and was surprised at how quick the delivery was. The blind box arrived with tissue paper wrapped around it to keep the box nice, which I thought was a really nice touch. I would definitely buy from them again.

this is a bit of a late review as i haven’t been able to get to it for a while! but i originally ordered an item and received a package with fast shipping. when i opened my package i saw that it was not the item that i ordered so i emailed the website store to let them know, after just a few hours i got a lovely response and another package shipped out with the right item in it free of charge! amazing

Just recieved my second order from Blind Box Empire, they are the best website that I know of for buying blind boxes, there's a huge variety of products and I love that you can buy opened boxes as if you're looking for a specific figure, there's the option for it. Also the shipping is fast and the products are well packaged.

I just placed my first order with blind box and it's been over a week and my order hasn't shipped yet.ive tried to make contact with someone and never get a response I'm beginning to think this is a scam

I’ve ordered multiple times from blind box empire and every time has been great!! The choice of boxes and bags is amazing, the delivery is super fast and the whole experience is fab. I recently had my first ever problem with an order (broken figure) and it got solved immediately and customer service was great (thank you May). I will continue to buy from here and couldn’t recommend them enough!! <3

Helpful customer service, updated when a product was in stock. Super fast delivery and well packaged. Great stock options, haven't found anything as extensive in the UK. Hope to shop here again!
