I keep getting this message to leave a review but I still have not received my blinds which were ordered on 21st Nov. I understand Christmas etc. but shouldn’t you wait until I receive them before asking how my experience has been.

We are so sorry that you received an invitation to review our service before you received your awnings. Unfortunately, the invites are automated and we currently don't have the ability to send out our invites on a custom date. We are working on getting the ability to send out invites after each individual product has been dispatched but this is still a few months away.
As mentioned on our website and on your order confirmation email, the outdoor awnings you bought were ordered after the Christmas cut-off date and would not be dispatched by Christmas. Therefore, as stated, orders not dispatched before Christmas will be dispatched asap after the factory returns on the 9th of January 2023. On 9th December, we were able to inform you that the completion date of your awnings would be 12th January and would be dispatched at this time. As it is the 10th of January now, your awnings should be dispatched in 2 days. We hope you enjoy your new awnings once they arrive.

Difficult French Doors!
We had a tricky installation to be done on two sets of French Doors. Vincent guided them through production but sadly, what could go wrong did!
With Vincent’s constant follow up we did get all the bits needed to finalise the shutters in time for Christmas!
The Venetians to match were much easier and splendid!

Worth the wait
Ordering was simple and the instructions were clear.
I had a long wait for delivery and no response to my email inquiry (which made me begin to think I'd been scammed).
But then the blind turned up and it fitted perfectly and was easy to install and looks very good.
Very happy with my purchase and would recommend them, (but don't expect any communication).
PS The first and only email I received was on 31/10. There isn't and hasn't been anything in my junk folder. Perhaps Blinds on the Net should check their Drafts folder!

However, we were surprised to hear that our communication was lacking, so we looked into it further. Following our investigation, we believe that our emails may be sitting in your junk mail. On 31/10 we sent a thank you for purchasing email. On 24/11 we then sent you a same-day response to your request for an ETA. We then advised that the ETA was 1/12. We also then sent an email informing you that your blinds had been dispatched on 28/11. We recommend you add us to your VIPs if you make any future orders. Thanks again for your review and we hope to be able to provide you with more great quality blinds in the future 😊
No communication about faulty blind
I had three sets of Roman blinds costing about $5k.
One blind was wider in the middle than the top and bottom the blind butts up to another blind so now I have a large gap so the blinds don’t touch.
I have emails twice but received no email reply.
I have spoken to Vincent twice and he has never called me back as promised to resolve this.

As mentioned to you by Vincent, it would take him some time to speak to the people required and get final approval to resupply your blinds. As per his conversation with you recently, the blinds are currently being remade and resupplied for free. We have also now updated our website to ensure that future customers state if their blinds will be sitting on the same window, as this assists in manufacturing. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused while waiting for us to investigate and gain approvals for your new blinds. Thanks again for your feedback.

A one off order turns out to be a frustrating experience.
Order was made on the 5th of August and it's still incomplete as of the 22nd of September. Missing parts here and there and back and forth communication. A one off order turns out be a frustrating experience.

They sent samples for free so we could see colour and texture of the blinds before ordering.
The blinds are of high quality and have fitted perfectly.

Same great service
Building a new house so everything is stressful...except ordering my blinds. Have previously ordered blinds from Blinds on the Net and were happy with them. So ordering again was a no-brainer. Quick & easy. Free samples. Low cost freight. A few measurements. 3 weeks and I had my blinds ready to be installed. Installation was easy diy. Follow up giving me opportunity to change anything then letting me know when they left the factory. Great service. Decided I need a few more daylight roller blinds. Same great service.
