I ordered my external awning blind…
I ordered my external awning blind after viewing the website and a quick phone conversation with a very helpful consultant.
The website guides on measuring and fabric types were excellent.
It did take a little longer to arrive than scheduled but that didn't bother me as it was explained they were very busy and courier times couldn't be predicted accurately.
Blind arrived in perfect condition, size was exactly as ordered. Love the quality and look of the blind.
Only suggestion is please include a brief instruction guide in the packaging.
After installing it i realised the spring tension had to be manually applied, so after removing the roller and re-installing twice, i went to the site again and found instruction which were detailed and clear.

Customer service good
Customer service good, now worries there. Packaging your end of product very poor, blind able to move in transit. Plus as a result of using worst parcel delivery company on earth - StarTrack. Package received with box split and damaged. 3 blinds damaged and will need replacing. Special mention to Vincent, excellent customer service, dealing with my issue!!

We appreciate your sincerity and must agree that Startrack has been having some issues of late with the increased pressure of the silly season and the pandemic. Lucky for us we do not use them on all of our deliveries - only for certain products. Nevertheless, we have logged a complaint with Startrack to ensure we do not have any issues with them moving forward.
We are not taking your dissatisfaction of the external packaging lightly, in fact, your review has been forwarded to several key personnel in this area. We are constantly working on improving our production and external processes, and I hope you understand sometimes things don't go perfectly to plan.

The blinds are great and well made
The blinds are great and well made. Service is very good. Unfortunately, when I measured for my Bay Window with face mount, I ran into a problem. I realise now the middle window should have been recess mount to allow all three blinds to sit at the same level. We had to lower the middle blind so that it sits below the left and right blinds of the bay window in order for it to fit. It looks slightly odd, but it works. I didn't want recess because there always seems to be a little gap that lets in the light. I guess this is a learning curve and one of the problems with ordering online rather than getting someone out to measure and advise.

We actually offer a personal one-on-one consultation service via zoom called 'Consult on the Net' whereby we can give you expert advice on everything measuring and installing. So, next time you need to measure up a blind, be sure to book a consultation with us and we will make sure you don't run into any future problems :)

Quick & easy quoting, fits everytime
I buy roller, venetian and vertical blinds here often since I started using them earlier this year for my handyman business. Every one of them was made to my measurements and fit perfectly. I really like the One Screen (see through) roller blinds which I have even used in existing double blinds to replace the inferior day blinds in clients homes, these give a much thicker and stronger fabric but are also more see through than the off-the-shelf items from the big chain stores. The ease of the auto quoting on the website is really handy for me too, especially after hours.

Blind is perfect, but delivery 5 weeks
The blind is perfect! good quality, perfect white, can’t fault it. sadly the delivery took 5 weeks - as the house is for sale and window in hot sun this blind arrival was critical.

Although the blinds were manufactured in the expected time, delivery took longer than usual. A combination of the Christmas rush and increasing Covid positive cases impacted delivery times significantly. Thank you for your understanding and for still providing us with a positive 4 star review, it is very much appreciated. We hope the house sale went well!
Metroshade blinds
We bought 3 Metroshade translucent blinds in dove white and they were perfect. The spring-assist makes them smooth and easy to use. Excellent packaging for blinds which are almost 3m in length. Thanks to Vincent for responding to my request of trying to get my blinds delivered before Christmas.
