The best At Home Design Consultant and Installer
I have always had great service from Binds to Go. A new installation here was for an all glass dining room that required sun and heat protection during the warm and summer seasons. Sergiy Kastrovskyy chose the correct blinds that give both light and protection from the heat and sun. Andrew, the installer, was meticulous and precise with his measurements of each of the 6 large windows. The installation went without a hitch. The look of the room is beautiful. Both men were professional and polite and a pleasure to work with.

The designer Sergey listened to our…
The designer Sergey listened to our needs and did not push us to buy more expensive options. Blinds were ready even before the due date but we were not able to accept them and they were stored in the store. The installer Andrew did a great job! removed all boxes, adjusted the blinds, helped to connect with the app. Making an appointment for installation and reschedule was also easy. We are pleased with the blinds and with the service

Everything about the experience was…
Everything about the experience was just great. Our sales person was terrific, they did exactly what they said they would do when they said they were going to do it. The only reason for a three rating as opposed to a five is that we are finding that the blackout blinds learn much more light than we anticipated and feel that they are not close enough to the edges of the window. The quality of the blinds, the remote mechanism and the look of the blinds are equal to that of Hunter Douglas.

Not great customer service
I called the Barrie store to see if my blind was ready to pick up a week after I was told I should expect it - found out the order had not been sent in and had to wait another few weeks. Disappointed.
