Blinds not delivered

Not only have you missed the promised dispatch dates, I have waited in for the delivery of the blinds and i have only received a USB charger for the electric blind. on the despatch note everything was supposed to come in one delivery. You are impossible to contact because you do not supply a telephone number so we can speak to someone and insist on using web chat that you simply do not reply to most of the time. I never normally order from anyone that does not supply a telephone number, and, against my better judgement, I made and exception. I will not make that mistake again. I hold out almost no hope of ever receiving these blinds or a refund right now

Kitchen window blind.

I ordered this blind for my kitchen window. It was very easy to put up, ordering from the 247 Blinds website was easy and straightforward no problems, the delivery went without any problems at all.

Not happy this time around

I have ordered blinds from this Company previously & have been very happy. However my last order has been a complete disaster. I paid for same day despatch but blinds were not despatched the same day. When I did receive the blinds the chain was fitted on the right hand side when I had requested left hand side. When I spoke to someone in customer service I was told they would send me instructions for me to change it over myself!!! To add insult to injury the email did not have the instructions attached so I am still unable to install my blinds!!

Twist and fit roller blinds

Saw this company advertise on Facebook. Ordered samples and they arrived next day just as they said. Chose the twist and fit roller blinds and ordered two blinds. We have only just put them up. Had our fingers crossed we had measured correctly. Easy to fit and look great. Will order from them again.

We ordered 3 sets of blinds on the 30th…

We ordered 3 sets of blinds on the 30th March under the impression it would be 7-10 working days for the product to be dispatched. The 10 working days (excluding bank hols & weekends) has now passed. The estimate dispatch date of the 14th April has also passed. There has been no update. I’ve tried contacting them via their online chat twice and received no response. I’ve tried contacting them by social media, again no response - just a questionnaire asking how we thought their service was.

I’m currently on hold (and have been for over 30minutes) looking for an update on where my order is and when it is expected. We’ve spent hundreds of pounds on this order and th level of customer service we’ve received is incredibly poor.

Do not recommend.

Great quality

Great quality, love my blinds! The delivery was a little longer than I would have liked, but it’s a custom made product, so I waited patiently!
I had a problem with the sizes, so glad I had measure guard! Just waiting on these being replaced, customer service were very good. I will be ordering for the rest of the house soon! Great experience, thank you!

I love the blind but the customer…

I love the blind but the customer service from this company is awful - no one responds on the live chat or when they do its ages before they come back and then they close the chat - I made an error measuring the length and was hoping for some advice on best way forward even just to buy the blind without the mechanism but they wont speak to me because of GDPR even though my husband has given go ahead before. Just very very frustraiting

Resolved issue

Blinds are great quality and they sent out samples super quick.

Brilliant service

Brilliant service. It really helped us make a decision on which colour to go for as you can't always tell from the images on websites. The samples arrive fast and clearly marked up so we knew which was which.
