Ignore promised delivery dates.. We paid extra yo get delivery within 3 days 6th april and they sent out a tracker 13th April.. so syill not received.. Asked for refund anf just got semt a tracking no... Voir plus

Ordered replacement slats fantastic fit and quality very happy
I have phoned and told they will phone back 3 times as I have not received my order. They were going to find out from there dispatch department what has happened, but they don't bother to call back. I will have tp phone yet again, and if no answers I will go to the bank and get my money refunded.
Second time ordering shutters. Excellent product and service.
They change 1 centimetre my blind size

I can’t quite believe some of the recent reviews I’ve been reading on here. My experience with our roller blinds has been the complete opposite!
Long wait for delivery. Constantly beimg fobbed off with it’ll be there tomorrow.
No communication from them at all. Ended up contacting the courier company. Thy told me the blinds are from the Middle East, which is why they were taking so long, why the company couldn’t be honest about this in the first place , I don’t know.
Finally arrived. QR code for fitting instructions didn’t work. One blind was too short. I called and was told to take photos and she would send over fitting instructions. They never arrived. I mentioned it again on my email regarding the blind being short and this was over 2 weeks ago, haven’t had a response at all. So no instructions. No response to issue with the blind.
Because the service has been sooo bad. We have tried to get resolved elsewhere.
The whole experience has been dreadful.
Wouldn’t recommend or use ever again.
If I could them a minus rating I would. Had nothing but hassle since I ordered my blinds, they sent the wrong size headrail twice, sent 2 lots of slats for the smaller but none for the larger. Want me to send 1 headrail back but im not paying £43 to send it as it was there screw up. Will never shop with them again

Great service, ordered samples first, they arrived in 2-3 days. Placed my order for replacement slats, arrived the following week. Great quality, great service.
Very pleased with my blinds. If I don't need blinds in the future, definitely use this company.

Ordered on 29/03/26 with estimated date dispatch 08/04/26. This date came and went with a delivery update that 'a label had been printed'. By 10/04/26 still no update so I contacted by Live Chat for an update. After asking my question I was "logged out due to MY inactivity" 3 times over the 30 mins while I awaited a response. Eventually got a response that a update had been requested for me. By 13/04/26 nothing. No update. No blinds. I emailed customer service and they magically arrived today. Phew! Well, not phew, the blinds are poor quality - I selected 'weights stitched in qith clear thread - there is no stitching- its more of a heat sealed glue which is uneven at best. Disappointed to say the least.
Poor fitting and poor support and communication.
