Anxious about replacing very old window treatments
I walked into blinds to go initially on Saturday, March 14 looking to replace blinds that have been in my house for many, many years (too embarrassed to say!). I was approached by a very friendly individual who asked me what I might be looking for. I told her that I was not a design person or anyone who does any kind of interior decorating or design, but all I knew is that I needed it new easy to care for window treatments for the multiple windows in my home. She immediately introduced me to a design consultant by the name of Nakia. Nakia very kind, very thorough, and gave me an estimate for the quick measurements that I briefly did before I arrived at the store. Within the week Nakia set up an appointment for me that was convenient for the measurement of all my windows within a few days of my visit. A few days after my measurement, I re-entered the store to finalize my order and was greeted immediately by the staff and Nakia. This process for me was seamless and friendly and it lacked anxiety about being judged about not replacing window treatments for 25+ years. I was welcomed and assured that my purchase would make my home bright and new. I’m so glad that I walked into the store on March 14 and I’m anxiously awaiting the installation of the blinds in the next couple of weeks.

As far as them not staying in place: do you mean when lifting them up and down? or falling off of the installation hardware?? We are here to help so if something is not working properly let us know - we will make sure it is made right!

We had a very good experience. It was quick, the selections were great, and Nikki was fantastic! Also…. We bought 3 times more products for about half the price of a similar competitor window treatment company. (Including all hardware, measuring, and installation!) highly recommend!

Nakia Clowers helped me at the East Hanover, NJ store and she was most helpful and a true delight to work with. She was very knowledgeable about all the blinds, provided many options and answered all my questions. She was a true pleasure to work with. I love the window coverings but one of…
I love the window coverings but one of them has a terrible squeak when it goes up and down. I feel it should be replaced and blinds to go wants to take it and fix it leaving me with a large sliding door with no window covering. They should either fix it in my home or replace it. Our salesperson has been working with me but hasn’t been able to solve this problem yet. She’s the best.
