Blinds To Go - EAST MISSISSAUGA Avis 

We ordered 2 sets of verticals blinds. One set for kitchen Sliding doors and one set for our family room window. Charlie came to do their measurements as well the install. We liked the installer. Had been with the company a number of years which made me feel good. The blinds came in and he did the install. Just as planned. We have 2 Dobermans and he was comfortable with the dogs and the dogs were good with him. All went as planned. Happy with the experience. We had bought other blinds from this store over the years.

We purchased window coverings for our entire main floor. The designer at Blinds-To-Go we worked with was helpful and informative. There were a few hiccups in communication when we placed our order, but they were quickly resolved. After about four weeks we received our blinds. The quality of the blinds is good. The material of the cellular shades and roller blinds seem comparable to other, more expensive brands. The only problem we have is with one of the longer cellular top-down bottom-up blinds. The top rail seems a bit loose: when pulled up it will slowy sag down a little.

Installation crew was great, but delivery took a long time. They seem to sell so many blinds that the manufacturers can't keep up. Had a problem with one of the blinds and had to send it back twice, but we got it sorted out eventually, so the service was good.

Delivery of my blinds arrived a little earlier than promised. Product was well packaged with no damage. Frankly this is 99% better than any other manufacturer or supplier during these trying times.

The Store location was organized and well laid out. Many of the display models need repair in order to be able to see their operation. Store gets 3 STARS

The factory that made and shipped the blinds failed to place the mounting hardware in 1 one package, and inserted the wrong hardware in the other package. Factory gets 2 STARS

The overall product looks great and operates well. Could be improved slightly. Product gets 4 STARS

My trim wasn’t uniform with the rest of my blinds and no one called me back to schedule appointment or check how my order went. No email either

On site service was very helpful. Staff was knowledgeable and courteous. Delivery was delayed by covid but that was clearly not their fault. Installation staff was very efficient and went the extra mile to leave everything spotless. Would highly recommend!

We custom ordered Horizontal Aluminium blinds in 2014 and this past October, we had some problem with the cord pulling system and brought it back to them for fixing.

They sent our blinds to factory and had it fixed and return within a week.

Very impressed with it 's customer service and lifetime warranty. policy.

I ordered vertical blinds for 2 bedrooms on Aug 21, 2020. I was told it would take 3 to 4 weeks. After 3 weeks I was told they would be ready Oct 29, almost 6 weeks later! On Oct 14 blinds for one bedroom were installed. One side was a several inches too short! the other bedroom blinds were back ordered for lack of material.On Oct 29, the second bedroom blinds and proper length ones for the first bedroom were finally delivered and installed 10 weeks less a day after the order was placed.I was offered some compensation for the troubles and delays. Their performance was abysmal! Had I been told the truth about delivery times, I never would have ordered them from Blinds 2 Go.
