After Sales Service
This is our second time purchasing from Blinds to Go. Our first experience, was without issues.
However, this second purchase was filled with problems. The initial visit to the store was completed in a courteous manner with good follow for delivery.
The installer was also very professional and courteous.
After 9 attempts getting blinds with no defects (including returns and rei-nstallations), 20% of the cost was refunded; this took 1 conversation with the store manager and a further conversation with customer service for Blinds to Go.
Although happy to receive the refund, we don't find the compensation warrents the inconvenience and lost time we endured.
The product is still not right, but at this point we have just about given up.
We will not shop at nor recommend Blinds to Go.

We noticed after the installation that one the blinds is
starting to frail at the edge. It is minor but we are worried that will increase over time.

Hi Salah, i would recommend calling your showroom and speaking with your DC or the manager. There should be no fraying on the edges - would see if you can send them photos via email of it so they can see if it is a normal fray (due to the type of blinds/shade/fabric) or if it is an uncommon issue.

As usual service and product quality was worth a 5 star, not to mention the knowledge/time given to us by the store staff. Blinds were ready in little time and were easy to install, exactly what we had ordered.

Great Experience, Great Blinds
Everything was great start to finish. The installer managed a difficult situation with innovation and I’m very happy with my blinds. I will need him to return and make some adjustments as I think as they’ve hung they’ve changed a bit and two don’t quite line up. Other than that, they look great. Thanks.
