Blinds To Go - RICHMOND HILL Avis 

We had a great experience with Blinds To Go about 20 years ago, so we decided to return to replace our aging blinds. We met with Marjan, who explained the different options, showed us a wide selection of materials, and recommended having someone come to measure our windows and we’re glad she did, because our own measurements weren’t accurate.

Adam came by to measure the windows and offered some helpful recommendations. A few days later, we picked up the new blinds from the store. I installed them myself , the installation for the sliding door blind was a bit tricky, as the cassette had to be perfectly sized and leveled, but once it was done, it looked great and works beautifully.

Bill the salesman understood what our needs were and helped pick the best selection for us. Tom the installer also was excellent

I had wanted my windows to look like this for many years. Now after 2 prior mistakes, I finally got it right and at a reasonable price. Store employees were appreciated and the installation guy was great. Overall, it was a pleasure to shop from Blinds to Go and I love my blinds.

My experience was mostly wonderful. I am very happy with the window covering I chose, with the help of the sales' agent. The price seemed reasonable. I paid extra for the old stuff to be taken away..worth it!

The only thing that changed the rating from 5 stars to 4 was that there was damage to one wall during the measuring and a gouge to the ledge underneath during the installation. With a little more care these would not have happened.
I did not complain about these but maybe should have, in retrospect.

We are satisfied with the customer service and the installer. They are very helpful. However the quality of the blinds are not good. Raising and lowering blinds are not smooth and balanced. You can’t even raise them evenly. Very hard to keep the blind level balanced. Our order number is 393023. We just raised the blinds one time and it didn't work. We returned it to get fix. Issue is still there even when installer was there and we asked him to try. So recommendation was never raise the blind! It seems we have to just live with it. the quality of the strings in the blind is not good and the mechanic of raising and lowering is not steadily.

Excellent friendly knowledgeable service. Blinds fit to perfection. As I installed the blinds myself the instructions were very clear. I had shopped around but Blinds to Go had not only the best price but great quality

I ordered 3 blinds. The installer came to measure the size of 2 windows and 1 window on door. Their measurements were all longer and wider than my measurements. For this part the design consultant explained to me installers will not measure the exact size of the windows they will add some number. That also made me pay more. Finally blinds came . All of them are too long and one even too wide on one side and crooked on the bottom. I went to store and showed them all the problems and gave them pictures and videos. After that I already waited for 10 days. No response from the store . I called the store and leave a message. It is been 2 days and the consultant who helped me make the order seems not gonna call me back.
Not professional measurements and installer, irresponsible consultants and low quality product. Not worth the money.

I was offended when I picked up my items. I ordered four blinds. I was the first customer at the store. I came in and told the women that I had received an email saying my blinds were ready for pick up and that I owed the balance. She did not greet my or make small talk. She pointed at the hand sanitizer and told me the ‘use that’. I said sure and attempted to make conversation while doing it but she did not respond. She asked for phone number to call up the acct I paid and she walked around the corner and kept watching until the confirmation that the payment when through came up. Then She went and got my order put them next to the door and said here. I asked her if she would hold the door while I carried out the four blinds myself. I spent almost 800 dollars and she treated me like a thief and certainly should have helped carry the blind outside to my car. I will not go back to that location.
