Staff was friendly, product prices too high.
Staff was friendly, professional and very helpful. The 4 star rating is based on the price for an aluminum valance is to high and based on the lack of availability versus the cost to produce.

Non-helpful staff and lack of coordination between the manufacturing and retail store. Was constantly told it would be ready to find out it wasnt. No effort made from B2G to improve my experience.
