My recent order was disappointing.
The door roman shade is short so the installer has reordered it.
I don’t like that the roman shades don’t line up straight across and the fabric looks so wrinkled. The kitchen shade is great!

Valerie in Totowa was very helpful and knowledgeable, answering all my questions and offering options. Oglesby was punctual as well as very fast and efficient with the installation. I plan to install vertical blinds in another part of my home in the future, so Valerie will be seeing me again.

The blinds look amazing
The blinds look amazing, however installation was not on time and has to come several times to finish. That man even came to my house after 10:30 pm.

Only good part was the installer.
Timing was all off. Still waiting to hear from manager call who said she would call the day after to see if we are satisfied. This company is the worst st following up on any part of the order.
The installer was excellent however the shutters in the dining room are unacceptable.
