Dear Miss. Asslam o Alikum
We are deeply sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction, but we must clarify a few critical points regarding your claims. First and foremost, we have no association with any individual named Hadeed Ali, and we do not employ or collaborate with such a person to represent our services. Your experience seems to stem from a series of misunderstandings and actions that we believe you have unfairly directed toward us.
Before your travel, we noticed attempts to defame our reputation across various platforms, often anonymously. It’s clear to us now that these efforts were linked to you. Do you think we wouldn’t recognize this pattern? Beyond that, you repeatedly tried to intrude into our personal and professional space by contacting our clients and friends, even stalking them without any direct connection. This behavior is unacceptable and crosses all reasonable boundaries.
Despite your accusations, we went above and beyond to support you during your trip. Even when we couldn’t secure your original booking, we ensured you received a full refund for that portion. Additionally, we accommodated you throughout your journey—arranging transportation, including Makkah sightseeing and hotel-to-airport transfers, and securing bookings in two different hotels. One was just 900 meters walking distance from your destination, and the second, arranged at 2 AM, was a mere 3-minute walk away, ensuring you had a roof over your head when you needed it most. Throughout your trip, we remained in constant contact, facilitating your needs with every available option at our disposal.
After all this effort, it is disheartening and unjust that you label us as scammers. This reflects poorly on your character and upbringing. We ask you to consider our perspective as well—during this period, we were navigating significant business challenges, yet we prioritized your comfort and satisfaction. We urge you to reflect on the facts and reconsider your stance. Our commitment was to support you, not deceive you.
