Our recent vacation to Punta Cana, curated by Jacqlyne, was nothing short of spectacular! From the very beginning, Jacqlyne showcased her exceptional skills by expertly assisting us in navigating through the vibrant tapestry of Caribbean destinations. Jacqlyne's magic began when she effortlessly narrowed down our options, guiding us towards Punta Cana. With her budget-conscious approach, she handpicked affordable yet luxurious all-inclusive resorts, each promising a slice of paradise.

Communication with Jacqlyne was akin to a breeze on a tropical beach - refreshing and soothing. She was very responsive, ensuring that every query, no matter how trivial, was promptly addressed. Jacqlyne’s enthusiasm to guide us through every step of the planning process left us feeling very comfortable.

Jacqlyne was very meticulous, presenting us with comprehensive PowerPoints adorned with vivid photos and details of our resort and flight options as well as a comprehensive list of activities. As the date for our trip approached, she sent us a detailed itinerary including instructions on how to connect with the tour company that took us to and from the hotel and organized our excursions.

When our vacation came to an end, and we flirted with the idea of extending our stay, Jacqlyne's responsiveness shone through once again. In the blink of an eye, she provided us with tantalizing options to prolong our trip. Our trip was an unforgettable experience, thanks to Jacqlyne and we strongly recommend her services!!

Jacqlyne planned a trip to Nairobi and Diani Beach for myself and two of my friends. She was very attentive, professional and extremely responsive. Even when she would be on vacation herself she would still respond in a timely manner. Her planning was spot on for us to do all the activities we wanted to do. She booked all our accommodations. I even had an issue getting a deposit back from one of the resorts and she communicated with the resort for me and I was able to receive my refund with no issues. I would 100% use her services again.

6 months postpartum and nearing the end of a long residency training I knew I needed a break in the form of a relaxing vacation! I contacted Jacqy with my budget, number of travelers and some dates (location request was "warm" lol) and she almost immediately got back to me with potential spots! Her presentation of the options was thorough and quite professional. Booking with her was an absolute breeze and my husband and I had an amazing time in the Dominican Republic! We will 100% be using her services again when we travel.

My husband and I had our baby moon in Belize this past November and it was amazing ! Journey by Jacqy took care of our accommodations and excursions. The trip was about a month away when we reached out to Jacqy for assistance. She got back to us in a timely manner and found a resort a beautiful resort that was pregnant friendly! We loved every bit of our vacation and look forward to coming back to Jacqy for our future travel needs :) Thank you so much again!!!!!

Jacqy was great to work with. We originally booked a trip to Dominican Republic for June 2021 and because of COVID-19 we had to reschedule to September. She worked with us to pick a new date as well as answer our questions. And because of curfew restrictions prior to our departure we had a lot of questions. 🙂 While on the trip we had an issue with getting a response from the transportation company and I emailed her and she was able to promptly fix the issue. We will definitely use Jacqy for future travel plans.

From start to finish, I was blown away and amazed by how professional, honest and efficient the whole planning process was with Jacqueline. Jacqueline was able to plan my bacherlor to Colombia and we had no issues upon arrival including transportation. I absolutely loved working with her and really appreciate her timely responses and great communication. It didn't take long for me to have her plan our honeymoon as well which was done as soon as the request was made.

So I had never used a travel agent in my life. I thought I was pretty tech savvy and there was nothing they could add. BOY WAS I WRONG!!! Jacqy was amazing at every step. From her response time when questions were asked, to her presentation of options for the trip, everything was immaculate.

It's funny cause literally after our first few interactions, I not only handed over my trip to the UK to Jacqy's magic, but planned 3 more trips for the rest of the year. That's how much I trusted her and her expertise within only a few interactions.
