Blizard Physio Avis 120

I have suffered with a bad back for 15 years and normally have quite a lot of time of work, being a self-employed bricklayer is not ideal. I have been going to Chris at blizzard for just over a year now for a sports massage and this is the first year I have not had any time off.

Following a hysterectomy, I have been to several physiotherapists. However, this is the first time that someone has understood the underlying problem and been able to give me the relevant exercises. At last I feel supported and look forward to seeing a continued improvement as time goes on.

Jenny is completely professional, and I feel very encouraged when her face lights up when things are going well!

I found my physiotherapy session with Caroline excellent. She put me at ease straight away and explained everything thoroughly. My treatment is proving very successful. I also found all the staff very friendly and helpful and would recommend this clinic to anyone needing physiotherapy.

Bought On Running shoes, was assessed on the treadmill and offered several trainers to try. Very knowledgeable staff member, Happy with my purchase.

I have used Blizard for a range of services from Lactate Testing, Sports Massage, Talking Therapy to choosing the right running shoes. I have also attended a number of the regular 5k time trials and group training sessions. I cant recommend the team highly enough! As soon as you walk in you are always made to feel welcome and everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. I know I’m in safe hand whenever I visit 😊

I wasn't sure what to expect. Previous visits to physiotherapists had involved in a lot of hands on treatment. I experienced less of this than I expected, as will have been clear from the way I acted! I did, however, receive a much more thorough and helpful discussion of the problem than before and this meant it was a useful experience for me. I can recommend the practice.
