As a disclaimer bloch is my goto brand when it comes to ballet stuff. I bought a lot of ballet products including shoes, bags and clothes. However I recently bought a fur jacket that sheds a lot, almost impossible to wear, giving me allergic reactions!! They just simply refused to refund because i don't have original packaging. This is very disappointing, and all can do is to spread the words and don't buy anything from this company

DO NOT USE!!! Absolutely terrible service. Ordered a pair of jazz shoes in May, tried them on indoors & they were too small so returned. For the last three months I’ve been chasing my refund & Bloch have been saying they never received it. After I complained they magically found the shoes, but told me they’re not accepting my return because they’ve been tried on. Absolutely ridiculous and disgusting how long they’ve left me out of pocket. I now have the shoes back so I’ll have to try and sell them. Will never ever ever use them again.
Good product, poor service
The only way to contact them is by email; 18 months on from the first lockdown they still haven't got the phones running. I ordered a pair of jazz shoes and needed to return them as they were too small, but it took so long for them to issue the free shipping code I'd had to order the replacements. Now it's weeks since I sent the originals back and the refund has not been processed, and a week since I sent an email chaser to check refund status. Will leave one more week then go through Visa.

Pedí unas sneakers a una tienda física que trabajaba con esta marca . Tras dos meses y medio aún no han recibido el pedido que hicieron ni le dan soluciones , por lo tanto a mí tampoco. Empresa nada seria . No recomiendo en absoluto comprar nada online de esta marca en ningún sitio .

I complained to Bloch about an almost new pair of trainers that were faulty. I sent photographs to them of the problem and a replacement pair has just been delivered. This whole process took about ten days and I am very satisfied with their customer service.
Forget about it
Forget about it. Ordered some shoes my dhl order was sent to ITALY instead of staying in the UK. The costumes service barely replied and did not refund the dhl fees, they just said "oops sorry"
Dreadful customer service
Dreadful customer service, ordered a UK 5 , arrived more like a 3, sent pictures of them next to another pair of Bloch dance shoes, over a week later they respond to say there is nothing wrong with the shoes they sent me and they are a UK 5 , what a load of croc, wont pay for return postage and wont honour the discount code I used on original purchase to order more in a 6.5 size although I'm only just a size 5 , good luck with this company if you have a problem , the customer service is a big fat ZERO!!

Response time took a while but I imagine online ordering is much busier at the moment so this was understandable. Customer service otherwise was really good and Bloch is still my go to for ballet shoes :)
Terrible company
Terrible. Lack of communication. I’ve ordered a few items days ago and there is no update. I needed ballet clothes for my daughter for her first class in a couple of days and she will be disappointed. Order somewhere else!

Terrible experience, communication is non existent in any form, I am waiting for a refund and they ignore all mesaages I would not order from this company ever again.
