I ordered a "bundle"
I ordered a "bundle" - all I got was a bloodborne pathogens cert. No HIPAA cert. Took customer service until the next day to tell me to find the HIPAA cert on my own - was not provided link. By then, I had already gotten certified with another provider. My mistake to use an out of country service with no phone number.
Update: I've received no refund, and in fact was just billed another installment via PayPal. This shoddy fly-by-night company continues to wrongfully portray itself.

You were assigned to both courses on checkout and both were available to you instantly, i replied to your request a few hours later as you coule not locate it in your dashboard, and you had already sourced your HIPPA training from elsewhere. In light of this I refunded your entire bundle whilst letting you keep the BBP cert. I am sorry you had a negative experience but stating you did not receive what you paid for is false

Hi Elizabeth, your issue has already been resolved by email, as the issue was raised on a Sunday night it did take some time to be actioned by an avaiable rep, by my calculation your problem was acknowledged AND fixed within 5 hours. 12 hours is our maximum SLA ie the guaranteed MAXIMUM time to receive a response - it is usually minutes. This is beacuse we do not use chat bots or auto responders, your issue is dealt with by a human. Apologies again for the inconvenience., All the best, Polly

Great for Tattoo Artist and Body Piercing Pros!
As a Tattoo artist/Body piercing professional, this was an exquisite way to gain my training and OSHA certificate for the understanding and spread-prevention of bloodborne pathogens!
I enjoyed all of the training which included; slides, power points, items and scenarios related to my industry. I don't think any other certification covers and understands this industry quite like OSHA. I will be sure to uphold all the standards brought to my attention.

Cons: Just a few typos as well as calling the tattoo machine a "gun" was a little disheartening. Nothing to minus a star over though.

Hi Lizeth, as per my email, you accidentally added the same course already included in the bundle so the auto enrollment failed, I have now assigned your courses and refunded the $19.95 for the duplicate course, I appreciate your frustration but leaving a 1 star review before support is able to even reply to your issue is not neccessary.
