Hi Donel, we received your email on 9th July and replied 4 hours stating we do indeed offer an acceptance gurantee and would be happy to provide a refund, later asking you to provide written confirmation from your employer as to why they will not accept the certification (an email or screenshot is fine). We received no further reply or contact from you until you left this review.

a few errors, but overall helpful course
Was easy to navigate and super informative, but i think there were a few errors with the modules.
one lesson repeated twice in the same module but with different lesson titles, so i think maybe there's a lesson missing or mistake made. a few other sections in the body artist specific lessons were also in latin ? I'm pretty sure, definitely another language though! i still feel i was able to get the information i needed from the course, but some tweaks to the modules may help future course-takers
