Have spent approx £400 over 3 orders on 8 stunning palms, grasses, bamboos and an olive tree for indoors and outdoors. All look amazing once I’ve styled them after delivery. Most live plants die under my care so I’m hoping for a few years out of these. Delivery has been efficient each time and I love that the rewards system gives you instant money off the next order. Have run out of room for more plants so that’s me done for now!

Purchased an artificial ficus tree from Blooming Artificial, the tri-colour leaves and the base branches do a really good job at making it look real, looks wonderful in my living room.

This beautiful orchid is the third plant that l have ordered from Blooming Artificial. I am thrilled with the packaging and condition, the plant is stunning - both in shape and colour.

I bought an artificial heliconia on sale. When it arrived, nearly half the leaves were already coming off the stems. The product was packed well, so it was shipped to me this way. Aesthetically looks fine but quality control is awful.

Customer service was fantastic and offered a variety of solutions. I was refunded in full for the defective plant and told I could keep it.

I would possibly shop with them again knowing their support is good. They appear very keen to fix issues.

One of the two items arrived damaged. Not their fault though packing clearly insufficient. I would, however, compliment the customer service which was quick and effective after the event.

Bought and paid for new plants for next day delivery which we were charged for since then nothing but delays and now estimated next week! Really terrible customer experience…

Update; plants arrived in boxes that had taken a beating …. the large bamboo plant is really terrible quality … so cheap looking …. Cannot have it in our house …. We are actually in shock vs the price they charged !!!!!!

I ordered some artificial stems, firstly I paid for home delivery to then receive an email from Fed-Ex (their chosen courier) advising they could not home deliver and I would have to select a pick up point !!! The nearest was 10 miles from my home, after a 20 mile round trip the box was tatty and smashed and on opening they are the poorest quality I have ever witnessed! I email for a return and was advised that I could either pay £5 for a Fed Ex collection (strange that they can collect but not deliver !!!) or pay for my own courier !!!

Disgraceful !!! Take heed and avoid this company and their poor quality products as you will be sorely disappointed ☹️

Pretty decent quality and very affordable so overall good value for money. Customer support was super helpful and fast sorting out an issues.

Quality of the products is pretty poor. I can't say they look very realistic, even from afar. Obviously, they are made of plastic (or a similar derivative) but I didn't expect them to look like they were. I wanted to give Blooming Artificial a try given the positive feedback from customers, but I can say with confidence that I have better faux plants from other companies.
I bought the ficus elastica tree, orange tree and cheese plant; all of which were very disappointing. The orange tree is probably the most "realistic" (and I use that term loosely). Was worth a try, but I do feel like they are expensive for the quality.

I’ve ordered a few times, and I can’t fault this company. Always on hand to give good advice and help, on the phone, especially Sarah, who helped me a lot. I hope they keep up this good customer service. Thank you so much. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from this company, one of the good ones.

Excellent company with really good large planters on wheels. When I had a defect on one of them they replaced without quibbling. Would definitely recommend.

Highly recommend and good value too

Ordered a Bird of Paradise plant for my wife sadly the plant was not convincing and we decided to return.
On visiting the returns section I was shocked to find the cost of the return would be down to us.
I sent a contact form to the company three days later no reply and it’s now the weekend.
Had I known this was the case I would never have ordered (who would?).
When returns are down to the customer it should be made crystal clear not buried in the subtext of the website.
I now have to spend nearly half the cost of the plant to return by insured courier.
If you are clear on what you are buying use them if not go elsewhere it could prove a very costly mistake.

Brilliant service from blooming artificial, the spiral cedar artificial plants are beautiful and look real. Great packaging and delivered quickly. I’ll be ordering more in the next few months. Thank you 👍🏻

Great plants, very realistic and a huge choice. The plants I purchased look so good in my bathroom.
The staff are also fab. They keep you up to date if there are any delivery changes and are very quick to respond to queries. I dealt with Nina for this particular purchase and I thought she was brilliant; a real asset to the company.

I ordered two artifical Bamboo plants and one of them was leaning slightly and hadn't been cast into the base properly. I sent Blooming Artifical an email with a photo. They responded very quickly and sent a replacement, as I don't have a printer they also posted me a returns label and asked when I would like to book a collection for the faulty product return.

This process was extremely smooth and really stood out as a great example of customer service as it didn't cause me any headache!

What a wonderful company: their artificial palm looks fantastic in my newly refurbished Art Deco style lounge. Customer Service is brilliant and you can actually speak to them on the phone. Special thanks to Natalie who was so helpful.
