Highly recommend
Really pleased with the quality of products we ordered, very realistic and high quality. Customer services helped out very quickly with a small delivery issue which got resolved the next day. Will look to purchase from them again in the future.

Got 10% off , good value . Got delivered the very next day .
Quality very good and delivery so quick . Looked realistic and like the pictures.
Very pleased with the whole experience .
I think some reviewers are so unrealistic . At the end of the day these products are plastic , uv resistant and it comes with a 2 year guarantee but after some years in the sun and wind I would expect to see some signs of wear and tear . It’s to be expected !

Shocking Service
Purchased a $1,500 tree 2 months ago and still no sign of my tree. I e tried calling and emailing multiple times and keep getting told they will sort it but nothing happens. Such a disappointment.

This is a fake review. We are not American, so sell nothing in dollars, and we do not have any trees that are as expensive as $1500 or pounds for that matter!
Lovey and realistic product
Delivery was pretty quick despite being made to order. The product itself is very realistic, but expect to move the leaves around after transition to get that real effect. Overall really happy and will definitely order some more for inside and out.

The products from Evergreen Direct are…
The products from Evergreen Direct are decent overall, and the customer service, especially from Georgina, was helpful and efficient. Delivery was prompt and items were well-packaged. While the quality of the artificial plants is good, there’s room for improvement in some areas to truly stand out. A satisfactory experience, but not without a few minor reservations.

Spiral trees look so real. Stunning
Beautiful spiral trees for outside the front door. Carefully packed and fast delivery. Fantastic quality compared to others l have seen in garden centres. I will definitely use and recommend this company again.

Impressive Product
Have been thinking about an artificial hedge for some time and decided on the Aline Garden Green Wall. Easy ordering and efficient delivery. Fairly easy to put up and secure. Has been used to cover a dull fence. The end result certainly has the WOW factor. Very pleased.

Firstly their website is easy to navigate and place an order. Secondly I received my order with two days time, and finally I like their products, very realistic and last longer. I have been ordering for the past few years with this company and I predominantly purchase outdoor plants, and I have been very happy so far.
