Lack of support for disabled students
Despite trying to defer my exams due to well documented physical illness and mental illness that constitutes a disability, (the disability team haven't replied to me since 2023 by the way) I am left victim to their "customer service portal" whereby, they take a week to reply but you, the paying customer, have to reply in 24 hours (I work full time, am physically and mentally unwell, have personal responsibilities and cannot leave myself logged into my uni emails 24/7) or the matter's closed. I'm fairly confident that under the Equality Act I am entitled to additional support/adjustments but to date outside of exams, this doesn't seem to exist...
I would actively deter anyone considering becoming a student at BPP and judging by the feedback other members of both of my cohort, they feel the same.

Absolutely horrible experience with BPP…
Absolutely horrible experience with BPP again, after things went wrong with booking my previous exam.
They sent me an invoice after three attempts (previous ones having incorrect amount, then incorrect exam dates and then email without an invoice attachment at all), each attempt followed by emails and calls on my side getting nowhere with them.
And then I received an email confirmation that my exam has been booked, but with the wrong date!
And now after numerous calls, emails, online form filled in to raise a case, review left on TrustPilot, and 3 days later still no one bothered to call me back or to respond to any of these to confirm which exam date is correct.
Exam is in 4 weeks and I don't know if it's actually happening on that day, can't make payment and can't arrange flights or accommodation and book time off from work. Imagine how this feels after you have spent months preparing for it and paying just to go through this stress with the business who could not care less about their customers.
If you are choosing a provider, please safe yourself from stress and frustration and go with anyone but BPP.
I should have taken into consideration other people's bad experiences, but hoped it would not be that bad.
Only to have it even worse.

Disappointing experience despite previous positive use
I have previously used BPP for ACA and various corporate finance exams without any issues. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing.
I purchased a programme in January, scheduled to begin in the first week of April, but was not provided access to the online hub or sent the required textbook in time. As a result, I missed the initial interactive online lessons despite having paid £2,100.
I have spent hours on the phone with customer support trying to resolve this, but there has been a clear lack of urgency and no acknowledgement or apology for the inconvenience caused — both in terms of wasted time and money.
Based on this experience, I would strongly encourage others to think carefully before booking. I paid for a service that, to date, I have not been able to access.

From the invoicing/no invoicing, poor course material, horrible exam booking experience twice, incorrect exam dates provided, missing chapters in online classroom, communication or lack of it and the list could go on.

I have learnt absolutely nothing at…
I have learnt absolutely nothing at this university, taking the BPP apprenticeship in Digital Technology solutions (DTS L6) while working as a software engineer has wasted my time. The lecture quality is poor and the lectures do not know what they are talking about. Assignments are vague and simple yet have random marking criteria that are impossible to pick out from the assignment brief. The course is very surface level and teaches the government spec very poorly.

I’m happy that my application finally…
I’m happy that my application finally got processed and handled. But the process itself and applying through Lawcab rather than BPP itself took so long and I had to call over the phone to ensure that the application was in the system.

Bad customer service
Bad customer service. I have been chasing BPP for an invoice of my school fees which i need to apply for my VISA. Its been an absolute nightmare i have been asking for the invoice for the past three weeks, they keep sending incorrect invoices and the resolve time for this issue has been dissappointing to say the least. Now im stuck with no Visa due to their delay with the invoice, it is unnacceptable. I regret ever choosing this University they have caused me so much distress. The course started on 23rd of Feb, still no invoice, still no Visa because of them. If you are an international student avoid!!!
