There was an issue with the bouquet I received so I contacted the company and they sent me a new bouquet. Such a great service and quick response

Hi I received an amazing "Just Because" hat box on Sunday. The company KPMG I work for sent to me and to say it cheered me up it was so so nice. I love flowers and the colours and arrangement was such a nice treat. Also there was the little box of chocolates for my cuppa!!. I am working from home at the minute and it is right here in front of me as I work away and I love it. Thank you Bloom for making my week brighter!! and I see its Peony season again my favourite flowers and time of year. Thanks again. Cathy

Placed an order which wasn’t very…
Placed an order which wasn’t very cheap, and the flowers came already wilted and didn’t last even 4 days. The other flower brought in the supermarket lasted over a week and it was much cheaper. I wouldn’t buy again.

I ordered a ~€60 bouquet of flowers…
I ordered a ~€60 bouquet of flowers with an impression that there would be some sort effort in the arrangement. I was terribly mistaken. It was just thrown together. One variant of flowers on one side, another variant on the other. Pure rush job. Would not recommend.
