Excellent service! I would use again

I ordered a bunch of lillies for a sympathy bouquet to be delivered to a friend. They had recently lost a close family member suddenly and I ordered a sympathy card to go with the flowers. The flowers were delivered, along with the card but also attached was a happy birthday helium balloon to the bouquet. This was obviously really upsetting for my friend and her family! I called to complain and asked for a full refund. I was connected to a call centre with someone who clearly didn’t really understand the level of upset this had caused and there was no real apology given. They tried to blame the driver on the error. I was told a full refund would be issued including delivery fee and I’d receive an email to confirm the refund. I got an email later to say they could only refund 50% of the order as we hadn’t returned the flowers. I don’t want to cause my friend any more stress or upset by now asking her to return the flowers. I just can’t really believe how poor the service has been and how little Bloom Magic seem to care about how much upset this mistake has caused. They made a massive mistake and there’s been no real responsibility taken for it at all. I’d give zero stars if I could.

Just nasty! Flowers already wilting on arrival and had an awful smell, delivered late and probably spent the weekend in the back of a warehouse, would absolutely NOT Recommend. Order number BMIE- 251557

I would give minus 100 if I could. I sent flowers as a birthday present and when I saw them I was absolutely shocked at how bad they were. They didn’t resemble the image in any way. They looked like someone had bought a cheap bunch of flowers and shoved them into the hat box. When I emailed Bloom Magic they came back with a stem count and said the correct number of flowers were sent. That’s not my argument, my argument is that the quality was atrocious, they looked like they been arranged in the dark and there were more gaps than foliage. The embarrassment that I would send flowers that were so bad and looked like I’d spent about €10 is humiliating. DO NOT ORDER FROM BLOOM MAGIC there is NOTHING magical about their flowers.

I recently bought flowers which they called a bouquet but was neither. They said they will send 18 roses and 18 white roses but non of that was sent. It's like a moving scam. I bought from gifts.ie 100% exceptional. I recommend you to buy from gift.ie 100%.

Updating my previous review:
I initially received a bouquet that wilted within 24 hours, with roses already overly open, a hydrangea browning quickly, and some petals looking damaged.I was very disappointed with the quality on arrival.
However, after contacting the florist and sharing photos, they responded very quickly and sent a replacement bouquet. I really appreciate that they took the issue seriously and made the effort to resolve it.
While my first experience wasn’t great, their customer service and willingness to fix the problem made a difference. Thank you for addressing the situation.

Very helpful and lovely flowers

We ordered a sunflower floral basket to be delivered the next day and it arrived on time , we were absolutely delighted with how the flower basket looked exactly like the picture on the website , we will definitely be ordering from bloom magic again in the very near future

I live in Australia. On 1st April I wanted to order the flowers for a lady who was 99 years. I was having trouble to do the order online. So I rang Dublin and spoke to a lady ( Lorn ). I like to say thank you very much for helping me and she was very patient. The flowers were so beautiful. The lady was delighted with her birthday flower. I got flowers for my sister birthday first flowers wasn’t good at all damaged with box and don’t looking great , okay someone contact with me and we decided to send another one, I got delivery today , so flowers was smaller and still damaged with a box
