Flowers were very nice. Delivery not so great but got there in the end.

I've ordered from them a couple of times, they do wonderful bouquets. Not cheap but the flowers are always fresh and last days. The delivery is always as agreed

I bought a bouqet for our neice for her 60th and she said it was one the most beautiful she had ever recieved. I bought another for my sister-in-law for her 83rd and recieved the same feed back. Couldn't be happier with the product or service!

I’ve ordered flowers 2 times from Bloom Magic and they didn’t disappoint at all. The flowers arrived fresh and beautiful and on time exactly like I expected to be. The costumer service was excellent! Very polite and pleasant and helpful. I really recommend it to all my friends.

Very disappointing. Ordered flowers for next day delivery being the 27th. Got email to say would be delivered on 28th. Was ok with this.
Flowers not delivered on 28th. Called Dublin office in afternoon to see about delivery. Told they would check and get back to me. I called again just before 5 pm as no response to be told flowers seem to be lost on couriers side. Delivery would be Monday after weekend. Cancelled order as way too late for occasion flowers required for.

It is the personal touches that make all the difference. Diane the delivery person is a credit to you and her friendly attentive approach was greatly appreciated. Flowers were of the highest quality and communication was brilliant throughout. Would highly recommend and will be ordering again

Everyone always remarks on how well they look, how long they last and how well they look when they arrive. Never wilted, never thin on blooms. Quality and incredible customer service that will always get back to you and help with any query or address update.

Ordered flowers and chocolates for my mother's 83rd birthday (18th) on 11th November, so well in advance, they were delivered at 6.30pm and left in the common hallway of the building. Chocolates simply put beside flowers (not packaged in any way) I would've thought ordering 1 week in advance they would be delivered earlier in the day, she wasnt home at 6.30pm as had a family birthday dinner. I won't be using their service again. I cannot seem to find a good florist when ordering from UK, delivered either wrong day (late) or very late in the day and I always place orders well in advance.

Great experience whether it’s receiving or sending flowers. Easy to order and always follow up if there is no response from the person receiving the flowers.

I was so impressed with Bloom Magic! First of all the speedy customer service I got when I realised I'd made a mistake on the addressee details! And then secondly when they were delivered early on a Sunday morning!
