My sister loved her birthday flowers
My sister loved her birthday flowers. They were delivered on time. Plus, when I reached out to ask questions I got a reply within 24 hours....or sooner.
I will use Bloom Magic again next time I want to send flowers to a loved one at home in Eire.

The hatbox flowers were gorgeous and the recipients were delighted with them. Only slight issue was I paid extra to have them delivered the same day and they arrived the following day. Apart from that it was all good.

I sent two basket arrangements one to my niece and the other to my sister in law as I could not be with them for the mass for my brothers months mind. .The baskets were ideal as they didnt require any container .The arrangements were so lovely and they were very happy
with the flowers. I always find Bloom ideal for all my needs .Thank you very much

A Riot of Colours
The flowers were beautifully arranged in a basket, with a lovely combination of colours. They were delivered on the appointed day and my daughter was delighted with them. She sent me a photo, so I could see what they looked like.

Beautiful bouquet
My husband ordered flowers for me on the morning of an anniversary he'd forgotten about and they were there when I arrived home from work. They were the Autumn collection and they were beautiful and last for over 2 weeks

Consistently bad service for me…
Had an issue previously where no delivery was made, received a call from owner and gave them a second chance. Ordered a bouquet for morning delivery over 2 months in advance and was placed at the back of the list for delivery and the delivery was too late. Avoid and ignore positive reviews that’s 2 negative experiences in a row.

The flowers were beautiful and delivered on time every time I have ordered. I really appreciated receiving a text showing the flowers at their door so I was able to see what they were going to see when they arrived home:)

Incorrect information on website - delivery times not true
I placed an order for same day delivery (with a substantial delivery charge) an hour before the cut off time. I received an email half an hour later informing me I had missed the cut off. I pointed out this was not the case and they then acknowledged that but told me unfortunately their delivery driver had already left so they would be unable to fulfil. They offered to deliver the following day, with no mention of refunding the hefty delivery charge I had paid. Needless to say I cancelled the order and purchased my flowers elsewhere. Disappointing.
