Den var generellt bra, Datorerna innehöll det som refurbed skrev att de skulle innehålla. Vi provade ta ett par andra datorer genom Refurbed som gick genom ett annat bolag och där stämde nästan ingent... Voir plus

Bloomtree IT provided a fast delivery. The company supplied me a rare breed of workstation, a corpulent 17-inch Dell Precision featuring a very quiet and cool setup, namely an i5 CPU of the 11th generation alongside the integrated GPU. This machine appeared to be the best possible choice of a home PC for my cat household. Moreover, it is still less than five years of age, at a very affordable price, and long warranty. Hinges feel slightly stiff. However, this is known as a typical feature of the large-screen workstations. I hope the laptop would survive next seven year before experiencing a hinge breakage as did my older Precision.

Really bad experience! Bought a used laptop which I was not even able to turn on, which leaves me wondering if you even test the computers you sell

Just to clarify, we do test every device before sending it out and install a fresh version of Windows. But sometimes things can happen during shipping, even with careful packaging. We’re really sorry this seems to be the case here.

Thank you for your review - we're sorry to hear that you're disappointed.
As mentioned in our previous communication, we were happy to explore a price reduction as an alternative to a return, based on the reported damage to the top corner of the device. To fairly assess this, we kindly asked for photos of the defect. Unfortunately, we didn’t receive any images despite several follow-ups.
We’d still like to resolve this for you. Depending on the nature of the defect, we can either offer a price reduction, an exchange, or a repair. To proceed, we just need a few clear pictures of the damaged area so we can evaluate the best solution.
Your satisfaction is important to us, and we’d truly like to make this right.

Packaging to Belgium war excellent. All according description and is working well. A little tricky aspect is that it was necessary to go through the German interface to upload the necessary parts before to be able to change the language.

Thank you for your review, and we're sorry to hear about the charging issue.
After you contacted us, we looked into the problem and found that the power cable originally included was not the correct fit. We’ve since sent out a compatible replacement cable, and we hope this has resolved the charging issue.
We’d also like to clarify that the laptop was shipped with a new battery installed, and an incorrect cable can sometimes cause symptoms like the one you described.

Der Artikel (Laptop) war für mein Verständnis nicht ausreichend beschrieben. Ich bekam diesem mit einer französischen Tastatur und auch die Menüführung war im französischer Sprache.

That said, the laptop was listed and sold with a French keyboard, and this was clearly mentioned in the product description.
