Used a few times now for Mother's Day. Always lovely flowers.

The flowers were amazing and well received. Just as importantly, they were on time!

I HAVE NOTHING GOOD TO SAY ABOUT THIS COMPANY AFTER THEY NOT ONLY DELIVERED THE WRONG MOTHERS DAY FLOWERS, FLOWERS WERE BROKEN OFF. THE BOX WAS VERY BADLY DAMAGED &THE CONTENTS NOT ONLY RUINED THE MOTHERS DAY CARD FROM MYSELF & YOUNG DAUGHTER THERE WERE CHOCOLATES WHICH WERE INEDIBLE DUE TO THE FLOWER WATER DAMAGE. THEY SENT THE WRONG FLOWER,I HAVE TAKEN PHOTOS & VIDEOS & HAVE SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT THEM DIRECTLY BUT NOT GETTING ANYWHERE AS NOBODY ANSWERING MY CALLS.

20th March 2026 You were given a new e-mail address yesterday & had a response saying that you would be in touch but surprise surprise still NOTHING
22nd March 2026 -This is getting beyond a joke now as I have still NOT heard anything. I would gladly upload videos & photos on here.

Well done to a great company who have provided a good service. I purchased some flowers for the first time from this company sending my mum some valentines flowers. When speaking to her today march 14 she told me the flowers are still going. So nice to find a company offering good quality flowers that don’t just last a couple of days at most. Will definitely be using again.

I’d never used Blossoming gifts before and I’m always a bit dubious on using companies I’ve not heard of. I was so not disappointed at all. The customer service was 5 stars. Flowers arrived when expected. I ordered the rainbow roses and they are absolutely beautiful. They were well boxed, secure. I wish I could upload a photo as the flowers were stunning. I bought them for myself as a trial run before I ordered flowers in the future for friends and family. I will definitely be ordering again and again.

Great price, great quality, delivered on time! Only observation is I use you often now and would have liked to purchase annual delivery pass if there is one.

Really happy with the beautiful bouquet which arrived in excellent condition. Not happy about Yodel delivering at nearly 5pm. This was an anniversary gift and I feel it should have arrived in the morning

I’ve already responded to this request. The delivery was one day later than expected, but I was kept up to date and the recipient was pleased with the flowers.

Exactly what was ordered. Quality was very good.

I was initially disappointed with my order. The flowers arrived with some mould, a few broken stems, and unfortunately only lasted about two days without fully opening. The vase included was also quite small and not really suited to the size of the bouquet.
That said, I do appreciate that they provided a full refund after I raised my concerns. While the experience itself wasn’t what I had hoped for, it was good to see them resolve the issue in the end.

Ordered flowers on Wednesday 11th for delivery for Saturday 14th, didn’t arrive ( yes I know it’s a busy time )
Contacted them Monday 16th, they got back to me on Tuesday 17th with an apology & guaranteed delivery on Wednesday 18th with an upgrade
Flowers arrived today, so poor and bulked out with decorations. Totally shocked that these have arrived & so poor!
Would not use this company again
