Ruined valentine's day..flowers lost in transit what a load of crap..

Product arrived in good time, packaged nicely and have lasted well - so far

The flowers were/are excellent and lasting well. A mark was lost by the courier. I spite of being at home and having a door knocker and a working door bell he/she left them of the doorstep and I only realised when I saw the email to say they had been delivered.

Great company. Really nice flowers and delivery was efficient. I was a lil worried as my order was saying processing for a few days but as soon as I email them I got a response within an hour on both occasions reassuring me that everything was ok and my order will be delivered on my chosen day. Great customer service and even better flowers. They arrived in a big box and were really nice. Have used many flower company’s but these guys are the best I must admit. Thanks guys.

I orders the February birthday bouquet for my sisters birthday, the quality of the flowers were very poor, limp bruised and very sad looking, received the credit with an extra £10 as an apology, so ordered flowers to be delivered today and they haven’t arrived.. WOW how to impress and retain customers..!

The flowers were perfect and professionally boxed and wrapped. The only let down was the delivery. They left the box of flowers on the doorstep without asking a neighbour. Luckily it wasn't stolen.

Have used BlossomingGifts plenty of times, they are my go to provider for flowers/gifts and they don't disappoint! My friend was absolutely delighted to receive the balloon and soft toy for her newborn. It arrived so quickly, happy with with the service and items!

I ordered from Blossoming gifts for the first time to send my sister in law a nice treat for being a fantastic partner and carer for my brother, my sister in law and I are delighted with the flowers she received they are gorgeous. They where beautiful and early, almost perfect for the occasion however the bunch was a little smaller then in the picture next time fill it out abit more

I ordered a plant and chocolates for my daughter in law's birthday on 7th Feb.She lives in Cambridge and I live in Preston.
Nothing was delivered on that day and I didn't receive any Emails from the Company.
When I tracked the order it had not even been sent it said 'with sender' and hadn't been activated. I contacted the Company on the Monday and was offered a resend of the gift on Feb. 16th!! and £10 as compensation, - unbelievable when it was not my fault in any way. I asked for a refund and was then offered an upgrade of the order. Feb 16th is unacceptable as my son and daughter in law are going on holiday on the 14th Feb and will be away.I have now been given a refund.
I will not be using Blossoming Gifts again. Disappointed is an understatement!

Since writing this review, I am pleased to say that I have received a more positive resolution from Blossoming Gifts for which I am grateful .

On time and the flowers received were wonderful.

I have use the brand before for flours and i always order in advance, For mothers day (so i don't forget) The flours i had chosen were no longer in season, which is understandable as its 2 months in advance. They were able to switch out the flowers for ones there were in stock for no extra charge. I appreciate the way they contacted me and the quick response to let me know that they have made the changes on there system.
