A lovely orchid gift arrived promptly in a rural area next day after ordering at around 5.30pm which was a very impressive delivery service.
Had some issues with the flowers delivered but the customer service were very quick to come to a solution. Thank you to Max who assisted me in the process. I'll be back 😉

Good selection of flowers for a birthday gift
The website made it very easy to choose type of flowers on offer and it was easy to place my order for a 90th Birthday. I would use Blossoming Gifts again, Avery happy customer.

Very straightforward, found what I wanted and ordered it.
I had a voucher from a previous order and had several emails reminding me, that prompted me to use it. Logged in, applied voucher; Bosh! Cheap flowers for the better half.

Beautiful gift easily tracked
This was a birthday gift for my daughter in law and she described the flowers as beautiful. These were delivered on time alomg with an accompanying bottle of wine. The order was simple to track (delivered by Yodel) and the whole process was easy and straightforward.

Very disappointing service
Unfortunately, very disappointing service. One order was delivered successfully on 22 Dec but the other order never arrived. Unfortunately, I was outside the 8 day period to claim on the “100% happiness insurance “ policy they promise. Have been going round and round in circles with emails but no satisfactory reply and problem still unresolved. Very disappointing, especially as the two people receiving the orchids are good friends. So one person has received but not the other. I have used this company several times and they have always been so reliable. Sadly, not this time.
