A beautiful white Dentrobium Orchid in the pot I selected, was delivered which has open flowers and new bulbs too. Communications were helpful as being overseas I needed advice & information. Downfall was the delivery, with no knock or doorbell rung, as the box was just left outside where it could have been damaged or stolen! Once I received the tracking update I msgd my sister who eventually found her delivery 😊

I ordered flowers for my wife to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary while I was out of town. I received a notification at 12:00 noon that the flowers were out for delivery, and I kept refreshing the tracking page every 10 minutes, hoping they would arrive in time.

Unfortunately, the flowers didn’t arrive until after 9:00 PM. My wife could only receive them in the morning on the next day, so by the time they were delivered, it was too late. I wasn’t even given the option to have the delivery person knock on the door—just to leave them outside.

Are you selling flowers for celebration? Then how can you accept and arrange a delivery like this—so late in the day that it defeats the whole purpose? No matter how beautiful the flowers were, the timing completely ruined the surprise and the meaning behind the gesture. A flower delivery at the end of the day on such an important occasion is unacceptable. This experience left me deeply disappointed and unhappy as a customer.
