Customer service is superb. The Flowers are beautiful and fresh. Thank you so much. I’m absolutely delighted.

I ordered flowers for my wife to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary while I was out of town. I received a notification at 12:00 noon that the flowers were out for delivery, and I kept refreshing the tracking page every 10 minutes, hoping they would arrive in time.

Unfortunately, the flowers didn’t arrive until after 9:00 PM. My wife could only receive them in the morning on the next day, so by the time they were delivered, it was too late. I wasn’t even given the option to have the delivery person knock on the door—just to leave them outside.

Are you selling flowers for celebration? Then how can you accept and arrange a delivery like this—so late in the day that it defeats the whole purpose? No matter how beautiful the flowers were, the timing completely ruined the surprise and the meaning behind the gesture. A flower delivery at the end of the day on such an important occasion is unacceptable. This experience left me deeply disappointed and unhappy as a customer.

I bought an annual subscription of monthly bouquets as a birthday present for my partner who loves flowers.
Month 1 (October) the flowers were OK but my partner didn’t want to make a fuss about a couple of wilted flowers as she was delighted with the present and at the prospect of having a bouquet of flowers every month.
Month 2 (November) no flowers arrived.
Have sent 2 emails to them but nothing in return, very annoying that they don’t have a telephone number.
On checking the courier tracking it would appear that the flowers could be spending 3-5 days with the courier before being sent! That’s not great for the flowers and would explain the first bouquet not being as fresh as expected.
So far, 1 star as not been impressed at all.

They have blamed the courier and their 100% Happiness Guarantee is also a nonsense and likely breaks every ASA code in the book - they have added a £10 credit to my account which as you can imagine hasn't made me 100%.

After a wobbly delivery of sympathy flowers last week I am pleased to say that the delivery service by Yodel is much improved after the intervention of Kirsty from Blossoming Gifts, she has been very helpful in resolving my issues and I would absolutely order again - thank you.

Very helpful- when the delivery driver let them down they resolved the issue quickly and were really lovely with their response. But best of all the flowers are absolutely beautiful , would use again xxx

I ordered blue roses for my daughter's 18th Birthday celebration and I got what I wanted. The roses were fresh and was delivered on the date that I specified.

I like the selection of plants and flowers but some of the plants have faded very quickly after I put them in a vase.

Beautiful fresh flowers delivered on time! Gratefully received with delight and surprise by my recipient. I can always trust this company to use the best blooms.

Total disgrace - paid £60 for a box of twigs
Looked nothing like the photo of Large Autumn Fall with many flowers.
There were only 3 dried up flowers heads and ALL the rest was literally twigs and leaf litter.

I ordered flowers for the first time from Blossoming Gifts and was very impressed! The website is very well put together, so makes ordering very easy. I ordered flowers for my granddaughter's birthday at a very reasonable price compared to some other flower suppliers. The flowers were delivered within the timescale, I saw a photograph after delivery and they looked beautiful, very fresh, and exactly as in the photograph. I will certainly be using Blossoming Gifts in future for flower occasions.

Ordered flowers for my daughters birthday, they were all dead within 4 days.
They sent a replacement bouquet, they were mouldy and had rotten stems.
They offered store credit, which I will not be using.
Very disappointed.

I like the choice Blossoming Gifts have to offer, the website is easy to navigate and I like that you can order a vase with the bouquet especially for friends who have just moved into a new home and have not unpacked yet! The flowers arrived on time and made the recipient very happy. I have used Blossoming Gifts before and I will use them again, I highly recommend them. 💐
