Once the care plans had been created, care started promptly. It has only been 1 week into caring for my parents and the care has been excellent and carers are following the care plans that have been set.
Would recommend bluebird care to all who are looking for a professional and reliable agency and who actually care.

The team at Bluebird have been caring for my brother for many years. The team may have had some changes but so have my brothers needs, through all the changes the commication and the quality of the care has been consistent and thorough. The carers are always friendly, polite and professional , treating my brother with care and respect and work as a team. Bluebird is excellent at providing reliable, trustworthy well trained caring staff . Tendia and Leanne in the office are always easy to contact and very efficient at sorting out any problems quickly. Would highly recommend the team at Bluebird Salisbury , they give me peace of mind I know my brother is always in good hands! Thank you.

We brought Bluebird Care in to help my 85 year old neighbour after a fall. They come morning and evening to do personal care, get her dressed and prepare her breakfast and dinner. I cannot fault them. They are extremely reliable, always arrive with a big smile, are professional and kind. My neighbour looks forward to them coming. It takes so much pressure off me knowing that they go the extra mile to make sure my neighbour is safe, well fed, clean and cared about. I’ve dealt with many care companies and Bluebird are by far the best.

Morning call, carer tells my dad to leave the urine soaked bedsheets to dry out? After the evening carer has been and gone, I visit my dad to find wet bedding still on his bed. Is this what this Care company Call Care? Treat your clients with the kindness and dignity that they deserve. New care provider starting , not a moment too soon.

My Mum has had Bluebird carers come in 3 times a day for a good 18 months now. I can only praise their dedication and cheerful mood when they visit. Apart from the practical stuff they do in helping my Mum get washed/dressed in the morning and preparing food / cleaning etc., they are a vital social contact for my Mum who enjoys chatting with them . From an administrative point of view, very quick to respond to requests and to accommodate any change in schedule !
