Taking Care Anywhere

After doing research into alternatives I went for the Taking Care Anywhere personal alarm system. The details were well presented and the price was acceptable and comparative with alternatives which did not have the same extensive features.
I ordered the product on the 9 April and it was delivered on 11 April. The system was up and fully operational within an hour having been tested at appropriate sites and with the 24/7 operator, who was very helpful.
The experience was seamless from start to finish and if the ongoing service and support is of the same high standard I will be delighted. The product seems well manufactured and worked as defined in the comprehensive brochure.

Good digital personal alarm, flexible cover and great customer support

Having had a different company's alarm on trial made it easier to know which features were most needed for my not housebound yet parents. The lady at Taking Care was extremely helpful at advising which product would be most appropriate and being able to have a primary and secondary user was a big bonus, rather than having to have 2 separate alarms. Signing up over the phone did take time because they were so thorough and they made the process straightforward. The equipment arrived extremely promptly. I set it up for my parents at my next visit. That process also was straightforward and the recorded instructions from the base unit easy to follow. I was impressed that the unit was boosted enough to find a good mobile signal connection as my parents' location has notoriously poor signal strength. The professional installation service would be a good option for those without outside support. My father found the necessarily detailed instructions daunting to tackle by himself. Actual use of the alarm fobs and base unit is simple and intuitive. Importantly, it doesn't look as though accidental activation will be easy to do. Follow up support has been great so far and every person contacted during the process has been unfailingly kind, patient and helpful.
