Satisfied with the pendant which a change for me from the watch which I found a bit bulky. Think all be ok and I hope the change will reflect in the change of my monthly payment. Which should be the different amount.
My only concern is the waiting time on the phone trying to get through to speak to someone. Fully understand you must be very busy. Many thanks Mary smith.

I feel very much safer now should a I fall over particularly in the street.
I am concerned they the alarm has gone off twice unintentionally. The first time, I was just putting the chain round my next and the alarm sounded. The second time I was just taking it off temporarily to change my jumper. I put the alarm on the bed and it went off. I tried to cancel the call both times but was connected to the help line. This was good except that I felt I was wasting your time.

Explained on the phone very good

I have tried several time to contact this company at via email and phone. They sent us the product with no instructions, no set up details for the app, and despite sending multiple emails and trying to call multiple times we haven’t heard from them. But they have been more than happy to commence the direct debit payment. My advice is to AVOID this company.

I recently pressed button by accident. I couldnt believe how loud it was. You would definetly get help. Lady spoke to me, i appologised for accidently setting it off. She was very kind. At least i know now what happens. And it has given me confidence, that i can go out safely.

Allison was very helpful and explained everything regarding the fall alarm. I felt that having the 30 day money pay guarantee takes the pressure of trying a new device for my mother. It will give us, as a family peace of mind that our mother is safe and if she did have a fall there is someone who will be able to send help or contact us in an emergency.
