Amazing free value
The amount of valuable, free advice on the Saturday morning webinars is second to none. I attend a lot of webinars on this topic and they are mostly generic and pre-recorded. This is unlike anything else I've found. I will be attending regularly, as the advice changes depends on pre-submitted questions.

I learnt many aspects of how a trust works in various situations. Charles was generous in the information he imparted. It was fairly easy to understand and we feel confident about moving forward.

My only comment is that the webinar is too long; participant questions need to be filtered to remove those that can be answered easily by watching Bluebond videos or Google search.
Would suggest limit it to max 1.5hours.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with our service. We understand your frustration and deeply regret that this issue impacted your experience.
Unfortunately, just minutes before the webinar began, we encountered an unexpected internet issue entirely out of our control. The hotel Charles was staying in lost full internet access, which took over two hours to resolve. As the problem arose just minutes before the webinar was due to start, we could not forewarn attendees.
In the nearly two years we’ve been hosting Saturday webinars, this is the first time we’ve faced such a situation.
We explained the issue via email afterwards and enrolled everyone in the next scheduled webinar without any work on their part.
Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience and hope to welcome you to our next webinar.
