I had a complaint over a lease car being a week late in being collected. Although it took about two weeks to resolve, KINTO waived some charges that had been raised which was an appropriate outcome and does suggest that they do take customer satisfaction seriously.

Spoke to Beth today.. She was extremely helpful and polite and took ownership of the concern and took every step to resolve.. It was such a pleasant experience to actually speak to an agent who cared about customer's concern and took time to find the answer to the query. Bravo to Beth and the team.

I have leased a Toyota RAV4 for over 20 years. When it changed to Kinto, initially it was fine with good, friendly and efficient service, but in the last few years, the service has become less friendly and efficient. But the final straw came when they sent a large bill for a few scratches at the end of contract - this car was in a much better condition than the last leased vehicle that I returned and I got a zero bill for that one. Sneakily, they waited until I had filled out the feedback form ( a better review than this one) before sending the bill. Beware, this company is not what it was. My new lease car is not a Toyota.

Bussiness lease you would think having the maintenance plan in place covers you from all little general road mishaps! Not with kinto! Basically had a puncture took it straight to the garage after an hour waiting to get there decision/authorization to be told they only cover wear and tear.
I should of read the small print of the agreement!
Just be careful taking the maintenance plan with these, small company mentality and there is well more established companies out there where you will not have this problem.

I have phoned Kinto a few times about my current lease. On every occassion that I have spoken with a member of the team they have been very friendly, informative and more than helpful. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who needs to lease a vehicle with them.
