Recently got a car though Kinto and had a few questions and needed a few more documentation. A call to the customer service team and Siobhan F answered and was very helpful and quick I had the documents in moments and all my questions was answered. Even a question she didn't know the answer to she went away and came back with the answer. Best customer service I have received in a long time.

Kinto is used as preferred supplier for my company. I suffered a severe delay in having my vehicle retrieved following a breakdown. It took the recovery company 22 hours from the initial call until myself and vehicle arrived at the dealership. I contacted Kinto to advise on how unsatisfied I was with the way that the recovery company handled my situation. Siobhan Forshaw, picked up my complaint and started communications with me and the recovery company. Siobhan constantly kept me appraised of what communications were ongoing and next steps. Siobhan kept her promise of ensuring that the updates were timely, relevant and ensured that I was comfortable the whole way through my complaint process. I was extremely satisfied with the outcome of my complaint, ensuring that I received a letter of apology and a good will gesture. Without the intervention of Kinto and especially Siobhan, I do not feel that the outcome would have been the same.

Despite my attempts to resolve this directly, the company has failed to address my concerns, and I believe the charges are in violation of the BVRLA's Fair Wear and Tear guidelines.
I have been charged a total of £440.00 for damages, which I contend are normal wear and tear on a vehicle that was well maintained. The charges are broken down as follows:
* Near Side Wheels and tyres Scuffed
* Near Side Door front Dent - Inspection Notes: Dent paint damage
* Near Side Door rear Dent - Inspection Notes: Dent paint damage
* Off Side Door rear Dent
* Front Bumper Front Previous paint repair - Inspection Notes: Dirt in paint/rippled
I have two specific points of contention regarding these charges:
* I had a previous scratch on the front bumper which was repaired through the company's insurance, not by me. The inspection notes state "dirt in paint/rippled," which suggests a fault with the repair carried out by their chosen repair shop. It is unjust to hold me responsible for the quality of a repair I had no control over.
* The other noted damages, such as scuffed wheels and small dents, fall within the expected range of normal wear and tear for a vehicle of this age and usage. My assessment, supported by several experienced colleagues, is that these charges are an overcharge for normal use.
I'm now into my 2nd lease with Kinto, and I cannot speak highly enough of the team.
They are very responsive, proactive and generally great people to deal with.

As disheartening as breaking down can be and having issues with the car, I have to say after speaking with Kathryn Magee I left feel confident everything was in hand and with a smile on my grumpy face :)

Loving my Kinto lease car, just hit the 2 year mark. Great customer service when I’ve encountered problems. Huge shout out today to Catherine in Driver Support for getting me out of a pickle with replacement tyres! She honestly went above and beyond - there aren’t enough Catherine’s in the service world!

Over the three years of my car lease KINTO have been a very straightforward organisation to deal with. Upon requesting an extension to the lease period the transition was seamless! All interaction was simple and positive
