I have really enjoyed my 3 year lease car experience with Kinto that has now ended, 1st a great deal to start on a great spec RAV Hybrid, what a wonderful drive. Then the level of customer access and hassle free billing has been fantastic dealing with a U.K. team. No additional fees on a parking ticket I got, no surprise costs and a small and acceptable end of contract cost due to some scratching in the boot beyond fair wear and tear. Speaking to sales about the next lease. Please keep your wonderful U.K. based team. Very happy customer.

This was the first lease car we had.
Suggestions - Make the team workings smooth from a customer point of view- fewer calls / email especially when we need to get a repair done.
Secondly- the insurer used by Kinto was far from professional. Not sure which firm Kinto uses.

I have had several cars on lease over several years and never had an experience so bad on handing back the Kinto vehicle today. Usually the person does an inspection of fair wear and tear... not Kinto- it was an inspection involving zooming in with camera, two of them looking for anything they can literally charge you for. I have had the car 3 years and there's not a mark on it, i even cleaned it for them so it was in lovely condition. I was told there was a scuff on a wheel trim, seriously it was nothing but he said that will get charged. The guy that was doing the inspection was telling me i would get charged for no service stamps despite being advised these are electronic now. I have read so any reviews of Kinto making money off people at the end of the contract. I am currently shopping round for a new one and i will never go back to Kinto. Unless you are prepared to not use your car in 3 years and return it in pristine condition don't go with this company.

Excellent service from the Lexus service centre. The collected and returned the car having done all that I needed. Whenever I spoke to their staff they were always friendly and helpful.

Have leased numerous cars with different providers. Never have i been charged for so called damage i couldn't even see in the inside of the door after having the car for 3 years. Their ridiculous rules on the condition of the car when handed back is a joke, and purely a money making exercise. I would NEVER use Kinto again.

I entered a 3 year contract agreement with these guys and returned the vehicle in October. First their agent (inspector) refused to accept there were 2 keys - which I gave him and took a picture. Because one was a card - he said that is not a key. Then he got a microscope out to find 2 small bits of damage to the front and charging £180 !. The 2nd agent who collected the vehicle - could not find any damage at all - which would back up my assessment that it was fair wear and tear for a 3 year old car. NO ! BVRLA say they have their pictures (which they will not forward to me) and I have to pay. So unless you can keep your car in a garage and never drive it - don't use this company
