I contacted the fines department regarding a fine I received on my lease car that I had already paid for. I must admit I was a bit rude at first out of frustration, but Abbey was patient, professional, and incredibly helpful. She calmly talked me through everything I needed to do and helped me get my money refunded from the issuers. I really appreciated her support and understanding—excellent customer service.

This company was a pleasure to deal with. The communication was friendly, efficient and professional throughout. The car was delivered as advised and the few small snags were sorted out with diligence and speed with polite and friendly contact until this was fully sorted. We are really pleased with the car and would use Kinto again and recommend them highly.

My dad has a car with kinto, he received a fine while out shopping which was causing him quite a bit of stress and the customer service from Abbey MacDonald who was dealing with it was spot on. Explained how to get the fine cancelled offered a letter to help. No question was too much. A asset to the team. Thank you Abbey

Having found our group pool car with a flat battery Siobhan Forshaw initially found me an alternate vehicle within minutes to keep my urgent journey on track
She later sorted out an issue with the AA breakdown service by twice calling them herself
Absolutely top notch service - Great job Siobhan !

I had a very easy and straightforward experience buying the car from Kinto.
I had a few questions which were addressed by Amie Morgan promptly.
The delivery of vehicle, transfer of documents etc was done very efficiently and I would highly recommend them.
