Excellent Computer mint condition quick delivery

Great deal on a refurbished Thinkpad. Better quality than I expected so very pleased. Happy to leave a review anyway but I don't care for their practice of offering to extend the warranty to reviewers.

Terrible customer services
Probably wanted to worse companies I've dealt within a long time. I bought a refurbished second-hand laptop from this company it wasn't very expensive but that's fine. I saw the deal I wanted and I was really looking forward to getting I was also looking forward to getting a second laptop from these people and I was actually really quite excited because I love old technology old laptops stuff like that. Unfortunately I ended up where's fire in my flat which I ended up nearly dying in I had third degree burned and ended up in hospital my home nearly burned down. I asked the seller and the courier to deliver the laptop to my neighbor the laptop agreed to deliver it to my neighbor and everything was fine but unfortunately neither the seller nor the courier got it right and the laptop was left where it shouldn't have been and it was stolen. For the sake of 81 pounds you would think that the company would come along especially after seeing the pictures of what happened to you and just refund your or offer to send you a replacement or an equivalent or whatever but no he drags me through an entire ordeal taking nearly free weeks to complete and I ended up having to basically reverse the charges to get my money back.. Didn't care whatsoever they don't seem to have any idea what your rights are the Consumer Rights how it works how delivery works what you are and not supposed to do and clearly had absolutely no idea how to treat a customer. We run a business for 30 years and we always took responsibility where responsibility was to be taken even if it detrimented us but the reality is this company could have claimed with the courier as it was clearly then that messed up and just refunded me taking the hit until they got the money back from them but they didn't they refused to refund me refuse to help me told me to had a process to go through and left me without my laptop. The prices of relevant I've had laptops for 5,000 pounds before I've had laptops for £50 before doesn't matter what the price is at the end of the day the customer should get what they paid for and if they don't get it then it should be refunded or someone should have the intelligence and the compassion to just sort the situation out forget the law just sort the situation out have the customer go away happy but that didn't happen here.
They have a stupid AI thing on WhatsApp so when you place an order with them they message you on WhatsApp but if you're trying messaging them back that doesn't get you anywhere.
Obviously I'm not going to recommend the company don't buy them here because they don't care about you and I'm sure that most of the time things go well but obviously when things don't go well they don't care and in this day and age if they don't care well that's a problem there are plenty of other places to go.

Regarding the delivery of your laptop, we understand your frustration with the situation. When you requested the delivery address be changed to your neighbour with "leave in a safe place" instructions, we immediately updated this with the courier as requested. Unfortunately, the courier's delivery didn't go as planned, and we understand the package didn't end up where you expected it to be.
We referred this matter to eBay's resolution team for independent review. eBay examined all the evidence, including the tracking information and delivery instructions, and determined that we were not at fault in this case. However, as a courtesy to you given the circumstances, eBay issued you a full refund of £89.99.
We understand this situation was stressful and disappointing, particularly given everything else you were dealing with at the time. While eBay's decision confirmed we followed the correct processes, we appreciate that the outcome wasn't what you hoped for initially.

Laptops were as advertised
Laptops were as advertised. Shipping via DX was delayed as driver delivered to wrong address 4km away - go back to using DPD!
