Purchase of used laptop
Following the placing of my order, I gained the distinct impression that the supplier was deeply concerned about customer satisfaction, based on the follow-up communications I received from them. I can honestly state that the service was very good, the product I ordered was delivered timeously, securely and in good, operating condition. This last aspect was confirmed by an IT specialist who set up the device for my use.

Fast service and a great price. Needed a Win 11 laptop without spending a fortune.
Bought a 14" Dell Latitude which was described as good but in my opinion was excellent. Arrived quickly and well packaged. This was my second laptop from bluecybercow and doubtless I'll be back again.

Ordered a "grade C" refurbished laptop
Ordered a "grade C" refurbished laptop. After very close inspection I found the damage shown in the pictures on the website. This company was the best value and the laptop I received massively exceeded expectations. Too good to be true? Not in this case!
