Thank you Blessing for your kind review. We hope you enjoy your new rear extension in lovely Coulsdon. When excavating within 3 metres of your neighbour's house and going deeper than their foundations you always need to serve a Section 6 Party Wall Notice. We were happy to act as Agreed Surveyor for you which involved taking a schedule of condition of your neighbour's property and serving a party wall award (agreement) on you both so that work could begin.

Party Wall Agreement - excellent service
I contacted Bluegrass initially for some party wall agreement work. Jonathan is extremely knowledgable and was able to get my project moving very quickly, advising me before I had even engaged his services. Highly recommend.

Fast, excellent Service.
From the moment I made an enquiry, I received excellent service from Bluegrass. Included with my fee quotation was a straight forward flow chart guide which explained the party wall process. Jonathan was well organised, flexible, always accessible and the report was received within a few hours of Jonathan conducting the Schedule of Conditions for my neighbours.
The survey reports were extremely detailed and the price received from Bluegrass was competitive. There is absolutely no hesitation in me recommending Bluegrass Surveying.

Really good company, Johnathan was a pleasure to deal with and was polite and very helpful from the start. What i thought could become a difficult situation never did thanks to his fair calm and honest approach. I would not hesitate to recommend him and use him again

Brilliant, professional and friendly service
Jonathan’s service was fantastic, he visited our property on very short notice which was helpful as we were on a short time scale. He explained things very well to both ourselves and our neighbours with regards to party wall matters. The documentation was then sent through within a couple of days. In addition the rates were far more reasonable than a number of other companies. I would not hesitate to use Bluegrass Surveying again the future.

Fantastic service!
Jonathan Kensall of Bluegrass surveying has just completed our party wall award for us and i can't recommend him highly enough. We needed it in a bit of a hurry, and although it became quite complicated for various reasons, he managed to get the whole thing done well within 2 weeks, speaking with our neighbours for us and explaining the whole process. We also found the cost to be very reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jonathan to anyone looking for a surveyor.
