Stressful Expensive
The process was stressful from the beginning and very expensive.
The problem was that blue, Horizon and Superdrug are two different companies and the customer has to broker between the two.
This caused a lot of stress
The blood draw booking with Superdrug was difficult because of lack of availability. Also booking has to be done separately after paying for the test.
Additionally I was informed by you that my blood test needed to be taken early in the morning, and Superdrug do not have staff in the early morning.
There was an additional charge of having to send the blood test recorded delivery which I wasn’t informed of at the outset.

Decided to have the wellman gold blood…
Decided to have the wellman gold blood test, after feeling run down for a while. I wanted to check if anything showed up to explain it, before going to the doctors. Glad I did, as it showed a deficiency in my vitamin d. Ordered the test at the weekend and the nurse rang on the Monday, to arrange to collect my blood on the Thursday. Slight confusion as I was expecting the kit to be sent by post, but she said she would bring it with her. The nurse, Jenny, arrived as arranged and was very pleasant and professional, collected my blood without any problems and also arranged sending it back. I received a message the next day, to say that the laboratory had received it, and received the results by email on the Sunday. Very quick and easy to use service.

Efficient Service
The blood kit arrived within two days of ordering and the results came through three days after the lab had received the bloods.
An excellent efficient service with suggestions on actions to be taken regarding any of the results which are out of range.

Serum Pregnenolone test
Cheapest I've been able to find this specific test anywhere with a national phlebotomy service. Turned around in 8 working days which was exactly half of the advertised time.

Slow service
Slow service. Emailed customer service to ask how far along my test was and werent very helpful. Thank god I ordered another test the same day as I ordered this one as I got my result from the other company within 2 days. If I had waited for the results from this test my surgery wouldve been cancelled.

Can't get to late inside 24 hours
Second consecutive sample to be received by lab outside the 24 hour cut off. Not clear if due to nurse putting sample into postbox as emptied early am or Royal Mail.

Efficient and professional
Website is easy to use, home visit was arranged quickly and bloods taken within a week. Results back within 3 working days, with useful doctor comments. I can have no complaints.

Testing kit
Found the process of purchasing a bit confusing which related to the number of swabs - had to double check a few things. Also I didn't receive an e-mail confirmation of my payment which I had to ask for. But it was nice to receive 15% off and the kit arrived quickly & the instructions were detailed and clear. I received the result promptly after sending back which was good.

Very Good Service
Pack of blood test equipment was sent very quickly. The blood test results was provided the next day. Very good turnaround. Very pleased, would certainly recommend to any one needing a fast turnaround for results.
