Having the guidance of the Bluelight team has been nothing short of amazing throughout the whole recruitment process. The coaches knowledge and insights are invaluable. The resources and videos are excellent and you are able to throw yourself into the learning knowing you are in good hands. Raising your confidence is their specialist subject and helped me immensely. Shout out to Raj - an amazing, knowledgeable (and sometimes funny) coach. Thank you team Bluelight !

Joining Blue Light Recruitment in 2024 has truly been one of the best decisions I've ever made. The support I received through their materials, coaches and online groups has been invaluable, helping me navigate and pass all stages of the recruitment process with confidence.

I had just a few days more than a week to prepare for my final interview, so I decided to book a discovery call. I had the pleasure of speaking with Matt, who generously made time for a Zoom call on a Saturday morning. This really showcased how helpful and committed they are, as he was ready to assist even on the weekend. The call with Matt was incredibly positive, he offered encouragement and made me feel like a valued part of the team.

The coaches really know their stuff!

My coach, Catherine, was phenomenal, she identified my areas for improvement within just 5-10 minutes of our first call. My coaching sessions with Catherine began on Monday. With only four days left to prepare for the interview, I was grateful that she was eager to work with me and provide the support I needed.

Her expert guidance on how to enhance my skills was spot on, and I can genuinely say her advice made a huge difference. Overall, I felt optimistic and well-guided throughout this process.

What sets this academy apart in the incredible atmosphere of positivity and encouragement. The motivation I felt pushed me to work harder, enabling me to reach the milestones I've achieved today.

For anyone out there who is unsure about joining. I wholeheartedly recommend becoming part of this amazing team. Their support is outstanding, and if you're ready to put in the effort and heed their advice, nothing can stand in the way of you realizing your dreams.

You won't regret it!!

Going through the application process for the police is something I’ve struggled with for a while now, however thanks to the coaching sessions with Raj and the support which he provided me with I was able to pass the OAC and my final interview and I am now one step closer to my dream job

I had such a good experience! The team at Bluelight have helped me to start my career within the Police. Without the team at Bluelight this wouldn't have been possible. Before finding Bluelight i had failed my National Sift, thought that it was all over. Until i found Bluelight they have helped me achieve the things i never thought i could achieve. My Coach Raj! was amazing really took his time to explain things that i didn't understand. I have since joining this course passed my National Sift, My OAC, and my Final Interview. I couldn't be more happy with my outcome. Once again couldn't have done it without Bluelight.

With blue light, I managed to pass my OAC and final interview. Raj, my mentor, not only gave me fantastic insight to the exams, he helped me prepare to become a police officer.
The webinars also were a great way to prepare with other aspiring police officers

All round great service.

Bluelights made the promotion process alot less stressful. I felt prepared for the interview and knew what i had to do.
If you have any doubts about the process, make the call and take control of your career. Great team, years of experience and they know how to get you up to standard.

I found my experience of Bluelight to be first class from start to finish!
Raj was excellent in his approach and was able to tailor his mentoring and coaching to my specific needs, taking the time to identify where my gaps were.
I felt my one to ones with Raj were perfectly complimented by the weekly webinars provided by Bluelight which enabled me to practice my learning and to seek other perspectives and ideas from the other coaches/mentors who were also excellent. Ultimately, this has resulted in me being successful in my promotion board.

From start to finish blue light have been amazing! From all the final interview webinars to the individual coaching from Catherine, it’s been top notch! After failing my first interview I knew I needed help and I definitely came to the right place! My interview was like a dream and I knew exactly how to answer all the questions with confidence.
Also as I went through the vetting stage, John was absolutely outstanding! He helped me write my vetting forms and explain everything and you can tell he really cares about helping people.
Thank you so much to everybody at blue light! If you’re in doubt if this company can help you succeed, they really really can!

What can I say, I passed everything with high marks first time thanks to the support I received from Bluelight. Catherine was a fantastic coach who was my guiding light throughout the whole process. The amount of insight and experience Catherine and the other coaches possess is worthy of every penny. They really do know their stuff. The combination of one to one support and the small group webinars was the perfect mix for me. It was also very rewarding meeting and receiving support from other candidates. The price may put some people off but the money back guarantee was a game changer. It must be viewed as an investment into your future and if you're really serious about joining the police then I wouldn't entertain anything other that Bluelight. To prospective candidates I would say sign up for a discovery call to see if it's right for you and if you do join the academy- be prepared to work hard and enjoy an incredible journey!

I Cannot recommend Bluelight enough!! From start to finish I found the whole experience amazing. After having my initial discovery call with Matt, he put me at ease and made me believe I could do this. Jane my Tutor was absolutely outstanding and supported me through everything. Please do not think this is a magic wand to success, You 100% have to put the hard work in to get the results. Combine this with their support and you can do it. I honestly don’t think I would have got my results without blue light. The whole team are amazing, lovely people and their dedication and knowledge is invaluable. From the bottom of my heart, Thankyou to everyone at Bluelight.

For anyone who is wanting to join the police service, I cannot recommend bluelight consultancy enough. The amount of you tube videos produced that offer free advice on joining the police as well as regular updates on services recruiting and giving up to date information on recruitment details and requirements. Former police officers with real world experience offer advice and help to put you on the right tracks. Due to the help from bluelight I have been able to successfully pass the recruitment process.

I found Bluelight just before I applied to the police and I was sceptical as it all sounded too good to be true. I was worried at first as it was a lot of money but after passing the OAC and final interview I couldn’t recommend it enough the support I’ve received has been amazing. It’s all about investing in your future and without the academy I would not have been able to pass the OAC and final interview. From the first call I had with Debbie to then receiving support from my coach Catherine and the webinars with all the other coaches I cannot recommend it enough. Don’t just think about it do it because as long as you put the work in it will really pay off.

I was introduced to the Bluelight Facebook group by a current serving police officer, I soon arranged a call and it all sounded amazing, I was nervous about the price but I can say after doing the OAC course and then the Final Interview course, that it is well worth it! I would not have gotten through both stages without all the webinars with the brilliant coaches, Brendan's guidance, and of course, the amazing Catherine! Who gave me all advice and support that I could've ever asked for, and more; always making sure I was comfortable and being completley transparent! I can't reccommend Bluelight more for anyobdy wanting to go into the police!

I found Brendan's YouTube videos to be a massive help in explaining the early stages of the process and breezed through the sift having just watched a few videos. Struggled a bit with the OAC but again the videos came in clutch! When it came to the final interview I wasn't sure of myself being able to pass, but after a discovery call with Bluelight I was put on track. In a very short timeframe I was given excellent coaching, with lots of honest feedback. I was given a mix of one-on-one sessions and opportunities to join group webinars which helped a great deal. Got the email from GMP with a conditional offer today!

This was one of the best investments in my own future I think I've ever made and I'm grateful to all the staff at Bluelight who made it possible with the resources they put out (but special thanks to my coach Catherine who was brilliant). You can try the videos they put out, join in the webinars that are available to all, but I cannot recommend enough joining the Academy and getting the full potential out of this service and the full potential out of yourself. Easiest 5 star review I've ever done!

I’ve have a year of hard knocks with redundancy and interviews. Although I had plenty of experience and was able to successfully make applications, I lacked the ability to translate my skills and knowledge into the interview. I would also research and overprepare, remembering very little of that on the actual day! My confidence was a bit shaky.
I hesitated before taking the plunge into the BlueLight Academy, but Brendan reached out with some words of wisdom and I decided to invest in myself. I’d been spinning my wheels for long enough and it was time to ask for support.
What I received was pure value from my coach Catherine. We didn’t have much time and she didn’t waste a moment. Her approach cut to the chase and that’s exactly what i needed to adapt and respond. By the time my interview came I felt calm and prepared to answer any question. Because I felt so prepared, I believe I was able to relax and show my true potential to the assessors.
As a result, I was offered the same day as I had my DC interview!
I would recommend Catherine and the Blue Light Consultancy to anyone who is serious about achieving their goals.
Thank you so much.

Over the past year, I have had the opportunity to work with Bluelight Consulting following a recommendation from a colleague who had successfully utilized their services. In 2023, I was unsuccessful in my promotion boards and struggled to adapt to the new forward-facing questions. Having worked for many years under the previous system, this transition presented a significant challenge.

After discussing my concerns with a colleague who had benefited from Bluelight’s support, I decided to reach out. Initially, I was somewhat skeptical, assuming this might be yet another fleeting trend. However, I soon realized how invaluable their guidance was. The structured approach provided—particularly through the expertise of Raj—enabled me to break down complex concepts into clear, manageable strategies. As a result, what once felt overwhelming became a clear and navigable process.

I firmly believe that had I not taken that initial call with Brendon, I would not be in the position I am today. Having now passed my boards with a strong score, I feel confident in my professional trajectory after 16 years in the police service. I highly recommend Bluelight Consulting to anyone seeking guidance through the promotion process, and I fully intend to engage their services again in the future.

The support, guidance and knowledge of the whole blue light team was exceptional! Special thank you to my coach, Jane, who worked with me, building my confidence and ensuring I was equipped with the right skills required to exceed the process. The resources are really helpful and the weekly calls are an engaging and great way to ensure you know everything to give you the best shot through the recruitment process!

Absolute invaluable resource!
I joined Bluelight on second time of applying as I felt my Online Assessment Course needed help. Brendan and the team provide great resources for free as well as paid and the help I got from Raj with a short turn-around, particularly for the Competency Based questions was invaluable - getting me through both the OAC then in-person interview. Now have my provisional offer and looking forward to great things!

From my discovery call to passing my final interview BlueLight and it’s incredible team have been there every step of the way, the support and material I have received have been fundamental in my success.

The police recruitment process has got a whole lot more competitive with the funding reviews, so the only way you can guarantee a pass with high marks is through BlueLight.

My learning coach Raj was absolutely incredible his experience and ability to draw out my best from my own experiences really set me on the right path and enabled me to pass the OAC with two 5’s and a 4.

Brendan himself is an amazing man with over 3 decades of experience and knowledge of the police service (AND HAS ACTUALLY BEEN A POLICE OFFICER , SGT & an INSPECTOR) what this man doesn’t know isn’t worth knowing.

The other coaches are equally incredible with years of experience and in positions of high rank, all of which are incredibly supportive and vastly knowledgeable.
And a special mention to Felmarie who has always been incredible sending links etc!

Genuinely if you are really serious about joining the police this is the only place to be , no buzz words or generic BS just honest assessment and experience of what it takes to join the police.

Ethically this is a great company, with a money back guarantee! Matt on my discovery call actually said that he didn’t think I needed the support due to my previous experience, this shows they really do have their clients interests at the forefront of all they do.

Thank you for everything!!

Make that call now!

Brilliant support. Many thanks to Catherine for her amazing guidance. When I started on this process I had no idea what I was doing. I had no police contacts to speak to and there was little information available. I searched as best as I could online and eventually saw Bluelight. I was cynical at first especially re the charges, but there is no way that i could have passed this process first time without the help from Catherine. The online seminars are great and also helpful.
