Ebere was super helpful! Sent me clear instructions and a YouTube tutorial to help answer my question and get the document I needed.

Session was slow to connect signer then when I tried to chat with help system was not allowing me to type in chat box. Chat box completely covers entire session and had difficulty getting back to active session.

The BlueNotary Representative, Aisha Stewart, was extraordinarily well prepared and facilitated ahead of time that the client was as well. She conducted the signing session with top level professionalism and ensured that the time spent was kept to a bare minimum. With much appreciation.

There was no clear instruction on how to drag a signature to a signature field, or create a text field, no pop-up instructions or advance PDF and the notary didn't know how to do it either. Text boxes can't be moved or deleted. Color highlighting can't be deleted. There are three places to click for "signature" and the correct one is not click-able, only drag-able. Most people using this program will only use it once, and when used for closings it's stressful, so it must be intuitive from minute one, as there is no time for a learning curve.

She explained me well, and her patience and expertise made all the process very smooth and easy to fulfill all what I needed to do. Great employee, outstanding customer service, the most important very patience to assist, which is a very important skill with people who has struggles with technology.
