​Calling their tech platform "prehistoric" is an insult to the Stone Age. In an era where modern cloud software runs smoothly across multiple devices, BlueNotary operates like it was cobbled together in 2004 and left to rot. You can’t even run a session properly from an iPad or tablet without the UI breaking, buttons disappearing, or the session freezing entirely. For an industry that hinges on mobile, on-the-go efficiency, forcing users into a desktop-only, browser-sensitive corner is completely unacceptable.
​The entire infrastructure is riddled with bugs. Document uploads stall, audio and video feeds constantly drop mid-signing, and session links fail without warning. When you're sitting in front of a paying client and the platform crashes, it makes you look incompetent, when in reality it's their brittle backend collapsing under the slightest load.
​The whole operation feels like a hollow shell of a company waiting for liquidation. The lack of updates, non-existent platform maintenance, and unresponsive support give off distinct "abandoned ship" energy. It looks and functions like a business running on borrowed time with zero capital invested back into its servers or developer team.
​Do not trust this platform with real clients or legal transactions. Move your business to a serious provider that actually invests in modern infrastructure.

Every person with whom we have dealt during this process has been professional and patient. Patience is important when dealing with people who have limited use of completing a contract on line. Nadia was wonderful! I know we talked with other employees, and though I don't recall names, I can assert that each person was excellent. Whoever trained the employees also did a good job.
