I rarely have a good experience when…
I rarely have a good experience when multiple agents are shuffled through a problem set over a couple of days. That was not the case when I had an issue with my account. All agents where polite, respectful, helpful, and super efficient.
Having someone available at all times, helps keep things moving forward for everyone.
