I engaged Blue Residential to let out my property in Guiseley.
This involved advertising the property, arranging viewings, vetting potential tenants, drawing up the tenancy agreement and inventory.
In all aspects of the work undertaken I found Blue to be very professional and they kept me informed of progress along the way.
I would have no hesitation in using or recommending their services again.

Renting with Blue Residential, a stress-free and accommodating service
Blue Residential have been nothing but honest, helpful, professional, and friendly throughout the process of finding a flat to rent in Leeds. Right from organising the flat viewing and applying to live in the property, to contacting our references and signing the contract, Blue Residential kept us informed every step of the way and made the whole process very smooth for us as the tenants. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services for others looking to rent and am very excited to move into one of their properties.

Stress free letting agent
Having endured the stress of trying to be a property manager and a landlord, I cannot recommend Blue Residential and Dan, in particular, enough. From the moment we decided to work with Blue, he has been superb. He has arranged various tradesmen to put the house right. He has been completely transparent. Nothing has been too much trouble. Importantly, he has given lots of good advice to ensure that the tenant has been happy in their new house. I cannot recommend him enough. I am very happy being a landlord now only.

I currently rent a property with Blue Residential and I couldn't recommend them more. The team are friendly, helpful and easy to get a hold of. After renting from an 'online only' agency who were extremely unreliable, it is a huge relief to now rent from this wonderful agency. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Great service, extremely friendly and helpful.
I was in a hurry to find a new home due to a change of jobs, and Dan closed the office for me on a Saturday to show me around a flat at very short notice.
Highly recommended.
